Disappointed in the service.
I have been buying this for over a year and this time I forgot to add chicken breasts bits so ordered again (within 3 minutes of the first order)
, and was charged a delivery fee, when I queried it and said it would probably be delivered together with my original order there was no offer to remove the delivery fee, I thought that this was bad service.
I cancelled the second order and also lost my discount voucher, again bad service.
Also a lot of things were out of stock.
I think I will look around to see what other companies offer for my next order.

I’m truly sorry to hear that your latest experience didn't live up to the standard you’ve come to expect, and I definitely understand the frustration of being charged a second delivery fee for an order placed so shortly after the first.
I’d like to provide a little context on why our system handles orders this way:
Individual Processing: Once an order is placed, our system begins processing it immediately to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Logistics & Labor: Because they are treated as separate orders, each one is packed individually. This requires additional shipping boxes, ice packs, and manual labor for each package sent out.
Shipping Costs: Because these are handled as two distinct shipments within our logistics chain, the standard shipping costs still apply to each.
Your discount voucher was sued on the first order, so this was not lost.
Many items are currently being discontinued to make room for fresh products coming this year.

poor gooey mess.The meals when prepared in each case…
The meals when prepared in each case was just a gooey mass. Nothing like the pictures on your website where product was clearly defined. Eating a meal is part visual and despite the taste being ok, the look and texture was awful.

Tasty meals
The website is easy to navigate and the bundles are good value for money. I love the bags of chicken bites as you can make them up into low calorie tasty meals. They even have ideas for recipes.

Good food, great customer service
I’ve been using GSN for about 8 years, initially buying from my gym, and then in bulk online. I buy both the protein pots and bags of chicken, my husband and I are both shift workers and they are so easy to carry into work. I can also take a few pots at a time and leave them defrosting in the fridge or even in my rucksack! Tip is to remember to stir near the end and then be patient and let stand for a few minutes so the sauces thicken up! I like the huge range of flavours and find them the most consistent in quality. The customer service is also really good, I’ve had a handful of very small problems over the years and they really do seem to be a family run company that go out of the way to support.

I emailed regarding an issue with packaging weeks and weeks ago and never got a response. The wraps are nice but the other meals aren’t very nice, the chicken is hard. I’ve have now ordered form another content which is much better. And customers actually replies.

Wraps dreadful
Wraps dreadful. Heated up as directed in the microwave and wrap just fell apart all sloppy and fillings taste awful. Would never purchase again.
