My experience with this company is easy going, communication is never complicated.
The clocking in and out system is easy to use i like how everything is literally a tap away. The staff is very helpful I’m never left confused for any questions ever asked! Side note: My Case worker Diana is always making sure my priorities are met, I love my experience with this company.

Cynthia has been a great help with getting me started, and established with All American home healthcare. She made it easy for me to understand everything that pertains to the job within this particular agency. She's very respectful and extremely easy to talk to. Her customer service skills are top-tier.

I’ve just moved my father in with me at home. Cynthia has been amazing helping us with the waiver process to become an at home paid caregiver for my father. It’s been quite a process but she’s been there every step of the way pushing the process along and guiding us on what to do. Thank you so much!

I have to say I am appreciative of the company, it's employees in administration and the technology implemented to assist those of us out in the field. I had been taking care of my elderly mother for years for free. Although I dont do this for the money, I do appreciate All American looking after me and making sure I do receive some payment. It almost feels like confirmation that I am being a good son.

I’m coming up on my year and so far I haven’t had any problems and I got to give props to all staff members for their l loyalty.
