Svar fra My 1st Years
Hi Clair, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that both the Eco-Box and gift box arrived crushed and that the gift box was unfortunately unusable. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when the packaging is an important part of presenting a special gift.
We’d be more than happy to send a replacement gift box out to you as soon as possible. Please get in touch with our Customer Services team, and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Excellent product

Hi, thank you for the lovely review! We put a lot of thought into how our gifts arrive, not just what's inside - a personalised gift should feel special from the moment the box is opened, so it's brilliant to hear that came across.
