blocked me from buying from ebay because I have some learning difficulties and asked for help with items instead of helping me. then deleted my account from the website and I had to make another. now I have to worry about buying parts elsewhere to help me with my hobby which helps us get through disabilities. I think its wrong!

Exceptional service I've bought 100s of parts from here the guy who runs it is a top guy.
How anyone can give bad reviews blows my mind. Thanks for the good work really appreciated all your time and help.

I initially ordered a part from here and didn’t receive it, USPS isn’t the most reliable shipper so I cannot for certain say where the error occurred bc between royal mail, usps and sender who knows what exactly happened. There were some communication issues which may have been a cultural misunderstanding I was really frustrated and disappointed and felt like I wasn’t offered any concessions for my missing part. Upon leaving my poor review I was contacted immediately by this company and offered a refund they immediately wanted to make it right. In conclusion it was a huge misunderstanding I think both my self and the person helping me were frustrated which led to the communication issues. Even after the bad review they were kind enough to offer a refund / peace of mind so for that I am extremely grateful, still awaiting the refund to post to my account but given its international and holidays I’m guessing it’s gonna take some time to process, but it does say refunded on the shop app. Overall, I feel much better about the whole thing , feel I did get competent customer service, they stand behind their business and as long as you don’t lose your cool, that they are reliable and trustworthy to work with, if for some reason I don’t get my refund I will re- update my review lol

Paid for expedited shipping through Shop and waited 2 1/2 weeks then they said it was delivered and it wasn’t. Now I can’t get a hold of them.

Ordered a few times from last week and this , i received the items in a couple days was great .. had no problems . Instant replies . Good service ✔️

I purchased a radiator cooling fan kit on the eBay shop for my KTM350excf , initially I messaged the company for clarification to see if it would fit my model year , I had a reply with a few minutes and the correct fitment was established, I ordered on Monday afternoon and my order was at my door at lunchtime the following day , fully tracked , absolutely amazing service from start to finish , genuinely my best buying experience on eBay to date, honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough, I very seldom leave feedback but I’m so pleased with how I’ve been dealt with felt a glowing review is only right , well done guys , keep doing what your doing

Made a mistake on my order , problem was sorted a lot faster then I thought kept up to date through emails quality of parts are very good will 100% use again

Mxbits.com is in my top 5 parts websites for my Surron. The JXR parts are of very good workmanship, the customer service is top and fast in shipping. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality parts. Thank you very much Mixbits!

Quick replies and helpful replies. Ordered a couple of items from them and they all have been received before the estimated delivery date. Only allows to give 5 stars max but would be 10 if I could!
