Hi Tony and Julie B! Thank you for your positive review!
Great company to deal with
Dealing with MWVC has been straight forward from start to finish. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly, courteous, and informative, from choosing a new vehicle to sorting out the paperwork and getting my car delivered. This is my second car I'm leasing through them and I highly recommend them.

Great sales team and sorted out the finance and order no problems, really helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was fine although delayed a couple of times which was understandable. Unfortunately the vehicle arrived with no spare key and it was promised a week later but that never happened so I don’t have a spare key now. The delivery chap told me it had been lost during transport. No contact from MWVC since the delivery to check it was all ok and to advice on the missing key. I think it’s fair to expect the vehicle to be delivered complete and a company to quickly rectify the problem but that hasn’t happened on this occasion which is very disappointing.

Thank you for your comments, your feedback is valuable to the constant improvement we strive for.
We are sorry to learn that our supplier’s oversight had effected your experience with us, this is not what we expect from the suppliers. I understand that our Customer Relations department were able to source the spare key from the supplier which has been returned to you..
As the broker, it is difficult for us to prevent our suppliers from making the occasional error, however, you can trust that we are always ready and willing to assist where possible.

Thank you for your feedback and raising this particular point. After looking into your order in detail I can see there was a set of rare and unfortunate circumstances that led to the delay of your vehicle. Namely IT related complications linked to a new system being launched by our supplier and then the AFRL system being down when the vehicle needed to be taxed. I believe you were in contact with our team who made every effort to resolve the situation and find an alternative which suited. We would like to thank you again for your business and the feedback provided, we will use this to assess how we can make improvements and reduce the chances of this happening again in the future.
Very good communication and updates.

Hi Mostafa! We are delighted to hear your positive feedback, thank you!
Fantastic friendly service.
I recently took delivery of my second vehicle from MWVC & am absolutely delighted with it.
I needed a specific vehicle at short notice & Joe came to the rescue.
The whole process from start to finish was very quick & straightforward, Joe, Kaisey & Sophie could not have been more friendly & accommodating,
I have no hesitation in recommending MWVC & will certainly be using them in the future.
A great team.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, everything happened when they said it would and was informed of every step till I took delivery of my new van.
I tried various leasing companies but MW vehicle contracts was by far the easiest and best company I have used thus far for vehicles bar none and I have used a lot companies.
I would highly recommend them to be 1st call for leasing your vehicles.
