Musicnotes Anmeldelser

They have a wide selection of songs, including lesser known songs. Purchasing and printing went smoothly and regarding printing, I appreciate that they give another chance to print if/when my old laser jet printer is acting up.

I purchased digital copies of several music sheets, company took my money, but no product is found in my library. None in the site (tried different broswers), none in the app. When I click on the link to see my sheets, all I have is this error: "We're sorry: The link that brought you here seems to have an incorrect order number.". All I have understood is that the digital copy is an "addon" and to be accessed you need to buy also the physical copies. This is unacceptable! You should not be albe to buy an addon without the main product.

EDIT: after reaching cuatomer support, they sent the money back.

I've been a customer since 2003 and have never had a problem with the service. I accidentally bought duplicate music and there was no hassle getting a refund. I use the iPad app daily.

I was trying to buy a song for $5.99, got to checkout and was paying via PayPal. I got back to the Musicnotes 'Review Your Order' page and all seemed fine but the 'Submit Order' button couldn't be clicked.

However, the 'Join Now' button for $14.99 could be clicked on. I didn't do it as I wanted to see what the quality was like with one song before committing to more.

I'd checked both the T&C checkboxes, Country (UK) and checked everything else several times - I gave up in the end!

Sorry, probably deserves much better than 1 star but I'll never know :(

I have a Celtic harp tuned in one key. What was most important to me was the ability to download in my key. Beyond that was the ease in ordering, fast delivery and ease in printing. I highly recommend Musicnotes.

I use Musicnotes all the time and would recommend it to everyone that is interested in music! The website is easy to understand and one can navigate to the music one is interested in without going through a bunch of hoops! John Heinrich

I love the variety of music available. As a singer it's great to have key transpositions available. Thank you!

I printed a score that I paid quite a price for. (The license costs as much as a hanon book) and I misplaced it. Went back on musicnotes, found out you can only print it once? I have to pay again just to print a song that I already have a license to? This is not nice.

Nutze musicnotes seit 6 Jahren. Die Qualität ist bestens, die Auswahl auch. Leider recht kleines Angebot an französischen Interpreten. DerAusdruck der Noten klappt immer (bin Macnutzer). Der Preis für die Noten ist gerechtfertigt. Für ein Bier oder Tasse Café bekommt man dauerhaftes Notenmterial.

Fist of all, this is not the first time this have happened.
After not being a customer for a long while, I'm suddenly charged for a monthly fee.
I can't pay my bills, when they reserve unauthorized amounts on my account.
This should be canceled immediately and I've asked them to delete all the information They have on me. So I'm waiting for a confirmation mail on this!

I live about 20 miles from the nearest music store, so being able to buy and download sheet music is very important. I've never been unable to find what I'm looking for. And, since I don't use a credit card, being able to pay via PayPal is very important.

I appreciate being able to select, view, change key and print the first page of most selections, before I make a purchase.
I have over 400 titles made over the last 11 years.

I was told a refund would be coming, but may take up to two billing cycles, then I was told I must do something else to my order to get the refund. Not straightforward, not upfront. The total was in US funds but did not say that anywhere - until I got the charge on my credit card, despite denoting I was in Canada.

I have been using Musicnotes for years. I find it very simple to use, easy to change a key. I would like the price to be less, but wouldn't we all :)

I have been using Musicnotes for years and have never had any problems, unlike some people who have been complaining. I just don't get it.
I look for the appropriate version, check the first page out, and get it.
I also tell all my students to use this site to get a better understanding of how their favorite song is laid out.

Perhaps some of the complainers aren't familiar with what sheet music actually is...

Songs are available in any key so you can select the one best suited to your voice or playing ability. Awesome.

Twice I’ve ordered and tried to print music from this website. Twice I’ve been unable to print. I tried from a phone, a tablet, and a laptop this last time. The first time I was able to successfully cancel my order. The second time it is not an option. There is no customer service which is my biggest complaint. The chat bot is useless. I called the customer service number well within their operating time and it went straight to voicemail every time. I submitted an email and still no response. We won’t be using music notes again nor recommending it.

Customer service sucks or is non-existent.

It's interesting. You contact a company like Musicnotes, you get a response that blatantly displays ignorance. Then, after you expose their lousy behavior publicly, they try to save face by "apologizing" if you weren't happy with their ignorance.

Musicnotes is completely dependable, accurate and affordable. Highly recommended!
