An unclear website that doesn’t paint an adequate portrait of the different versions of the app plus software and hardware requirements (Mspy simply isn’t permitted by some Microsoft and device specifications) followed by questionable billing practices, including multiple credit card charges with no upfront explanation. I ended up charged 5x the original subscription price and according to Mspy that is my fault because I did not understand the website or read the fine print

This is a total scam. It was meant to £74.99 for a year and would give me full access of my daughters phone to keep her safe. It does nothing. I cant even see her location. They tried to take 3 separate amounts out of my account totalling nearly £230. My bank called me as they cancelled 2 of them. Im now doing charge back through my bank as the scammers are refusing to give me a refund. They are criminals. Dont use them.

Scam - website is down - do not use

Do not use mspy. The first day before using it after I bought the subscription I asked for a refund and they said were gonna give me some type of extra help for free. The app hasn't been working at all and getting someone to reply to my messeges has been almost impossible. They only give you the basics of monitoring the phone like calls and text then tell you you have to pay 80 more for other features . So I paid 100 for a year for app that isnt working and a support team that does nothing.

I'm sick of dealing with this "service", nothing works as promised, nothing! I'm sick of excuses about the target device, the internet connection, the battery, about everything but your software not really providing accurate and all the info it "offers" on the website. The little info it provides is so inaccurate that you can't rely on it and the safety of your beloved ones.

"Customer Service" is useless since it's mostly a bot sending FAQs and maybe a "CS Agent" giving excuses because "as far as they can see" their software works fine. I've tried all their "suggestions" turning off and on frameworks/permissions/whatever, sending SMS commands to "synchronize", reinstalling the software.

I paid for a 12-month service, which I regret since now I just want my money back.

Google Play constantly has alerts that a dangerous app is on the phone & needs to be deleted (if you leave GP on) or to turn it back on (if you leave GP off) & the target phone started getting ads for spyware right after I first tried to install.
After paying, I tried installing using the instructions on the computer. The process was much longer & much more confusing that I expected (esp on an unfamiliar phone), so it took several tries to get it right. But then it still didn’t work! They suggested I try a text code and then a call code, but that didn’t work either. Then they suggested reinstalling, so I tried the instructions on my mobile app (using a diff app on target phone from instructions on the computer). It still didn’t work, so they suggested scheduling a call for tech support. You have to schedule 30+ mins ahead, so it was 30+ mins til my appt, only for them to not call. I waited for the full 30 min time slot & then some, but they only sent an email 20 mins after I finally gave up. I emailed back & forth for weeks, but they kept refusing to issue a refund.

I have just been scammed by mspuy. took 37gbp then a further 67gbp and is asking me to bypass everything in my Google playstore. I only signed up for their monthly subscription of £11 some change

O software não funciona. Após seguir todos os passos para instalação do telemóvel alvo, continua a exibir um aviso de que há autorizações pendentes. Reinstalei o software por 2 vezes e o problema permanece. Solicitei o reembolso, mas ofereceram um suporte técnico ao invés de devolver o dinheiro. Solicitei o suporte e me foi passado um e-mail com orientações que em nada auxiliaram no processo, sendo uma das indicações desinstalar e reinstalar o software e aguardar 48 horas para que o problema desaparecesse. Se recusam a devolver meu dinheiro afirmando que recusei o apoio técnico. Nesse momento o serviço deixou de funcionar. Não paguem por essa porcaria de software, não funciona e os charlatões não devolvem o dinheiro.

I would give 0 stars. Stay away it’s a scam. Thank God I didn’t lose my money as the bank will reimburse me. Stay away!

A scam. They say the can helt you track someones whatapp number but after paying the fee for the account they say that they Cant helt you

Just subscribe a 3 months premium service for 86 euros they charged without giving any choice other 60 euros for a service not requested. Moreover they tried to charge my credit card with other 49 euros (my bank called me). They steal money, they are thieves no chance to direct contact billing department!!

This app is not worth it. It would be great if it actually worked like it was supposed to but screen recorder hasnt worked since day 1. The other things it is supposed to do stopped after 1 week. They sent out an update that has to be done on the target phone and everything stopped. What is the point if you have to keep getting the phone back to update apps all the time. NOt to mention it sent a notification to the target phone that the update was needed. So much for being discreet about being on there i guess. From what i can tell it is pointless to ask for a refund because they will find an excuse not to give it back, live and learn i guess. I figured this app was to good to be true......

Very terrible experience.
I subbed for the one month offer, after which they told me I have to have physical access to the other phone which wasn’t advertised in the product i got.
I was also debited twice and when I contacted support; I was told I have to upgrade to the yearly bundle if I do not want to have physical access to the other phone.

Very inconsistent and scam related.

I wish I have checked in trustpilot before I purchased

It doesn't work at all, DON'T BUY, you loose your money I will ask for a refund ..... if I suffer like the others, that's clear.

I ordered service days ago only to find out i cannot use. I have have put in many requests for refund to no avail. Customer service for billing has been terrible with no response and I don’t know what else to do

I bought the program. It didnt work. No update from the Phone that was the target. Halv the tings dudnt work at all requested refound but they just dont answer on mails. Been requesting now for 2 weeks. They did send a mail offering tek support for free. But thats not the issue. I had to buy another program thar works so I need my money back. Horrible the way they dont answer or send refound even if its in your rights.

The exact same happened to me. I paid twice and they refused to refund me. They said the first payment had not gone through in a chat and sent me a payment link I paid successfully. The second payment was also later collected by MSpy 2/3 days later, when I gave them the bank authorisation code for the payment that was hanging as “pending,” in order to get a refund. They instead just took the second payment as well and are now refusing to refund me this payment. It is outrageous. I paid a second time because they told me the first payment was not received. To make things worse, my Mac will not install their app as it suspects malware. I must say any company so dishonest in grabbing money that should have been refunded def, will probably be using this as a sudd hustle to get information from people’s phones, in my opinion. Think dark web etc.. I am now hurriedly trying to cancel both payments and disruptions as I already received a junk phishing text soon after joining them . One was £26 approx, the other was £37 approx. I have got nothing and simply lost money since my Mac computer cannot verify it’s a trusted source and will NOT install. Wish I’d read the reviews here first. I am also considering reporting to law Enforcment who deal with online scams.

This program just doesn’t work and forget about getting a refund. I believe it’s a complete scam. They advertise on their web site that one way of accessing the target phone is over Wi-Fi but that option in not available after the software is downloaded. Stay away! You’ve been warned
