Mia-sold tracking
When I asked if I would like the tracking done, I asked the person behind the counter if it was chargeable and he said no. About 1.5hrs later (!) he called over to me about whether I wanted the tracking doing and I asked how much: he said £44. I declined. The following day I had the tracking checked elsewhere and they advised it was not required. Otherwise good service, good price.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service and i'm pleased to see that you're happy with the service and price.
The wheel alignment check, is indeed free of charge and there's no obligation to hahe it done. Had you chosen to have it done for the charge of £44.95 you would have received a print out which would have demonstrated the readings prior to and after the adjustment. We use calibrated alignment equipment which uses the specific settings for each vehicle.
I would recommend that you pop it back, and we will provide a print out of the results. We will carry this out free of charge and there will be no obligation to have any adjustments done.
