The local roads are absolutely dire
The local roads are absolutely dire, hit a pot hole and noted the rear tyre was losing air. Called in a Mr Tyres and they were able to check all my tyres and undertake repairs; marvellous service. Thank you.

Booked on line for a timed slot. Dealt with on time with efficiency and with a no nonsense approach.
Repairs were done without delay and will be happy to recommend and will visit again as necessary .

Great service
I booked online for four new tyres , I was told it would take about an hour so I was welcome to wait or go for a coffee . I took the time to go for a short walk , it was all done when I returned an hour later . The guys are pleasant and efficient, couldn't ask for a better service . Great .

Would hope for better
2 visits.
1st.. changed tyres and didn’t do tracking as requested and had a tyre blow on a55 3 months later and was told tyre was illegal.
Gave benefit of the doubt. 2nd visit. 2 miles from forecourt tyre pressure light comes on. Tested tyres just changed. One was 24psi and 2nd was 42 th opposite tyre, I checked before bringing the vehicle back in, on a vehicle whose recommmeded psi is 30 to 32. Checked online at 42 tyre can blow out. We had to return and the excuses were poor. Won’t be returning.
Recommended tire pressure for the Dacia Duster is typically 29-33 PSI (2.0-2.3 bar), but it varies based on model, load, and engine, with 29 PSI being common for normal, unladen driving.
Your technician proceeded to fill all the tyres to 36 to try and balance out the mistake. When I know the back tyres were at 30 psi and were fine. This would have closed the perceived gap that you claim in your reply. This was not requested. The light for tyre pressure came on again after leaving your forecourt for the 2nd time.

Dear Emma,
We are sorry that you had to return to our depot with incorrect tyre pressures, I have spoken to the staff at the depot to remind them of the importance of the correct tyre pressure. According to our technician, there was a discrepancy of 6psi between the two tyres that was rectified and the TPMS light was turned off.
We would like to comment that if you requested any of our depots to carry out a wheel alignment this would have been charged for and would clearly be stated on your invoice for you to check at the time.
We do appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

They called me before I was booked in to explain that the tyre I requested wasn't available and suggested an alternative option which I could have fitted any time to suit me.
