Excellent tyre replacement service. The whole process was quick, professional and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful The tyre was fitted efficiently and the car was ready on time. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Well I paid for a 45 point Full service.
28 ticked on the service check list.
Watched the car taken into the workshop as I was seated at the window in reception.
No car seat protection was placed on the drivers seat. (No 4).
As I was in the window seat the car never left the garage,Road test. (No 45).
On arriving home I checked the pollen filters,which were obviously not checked because they were full of detritus ,wasn’t even given the option to have the replaced. (No28).
Water reservoir had not been topped up. No sign of fluid. (No24).
As stated on the website,
Lubricate all door hinges,locks and bonnet catches. No sign of any lubricants applied.
Brake report on the vehicle inspection form was empty? Great help.
Still have to check the tire pressures and air filter, will see if they were done.
£219.94 spent.
With so many minor things missed it makes me wonder what has actually been done, things I cannot check myself.
Not my first visit but I can guarantee it will be my last.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has left you disappointed, particularly as you have visited us previously.
Our service checklists cover a comprehensive range of items, although not every item is applicable to every vehicle, and some checks are dependent on the vehicle and the work being carried out. Similarly, road tests are only undertaken where appropriate and where there are no circumstances or reported faults that would prevent one from being carried out. In addition, vehicles may sometimes be moved around the workshop by appropriately authorised members of our team rather than being driven on the road.
That said, the specific points you have raised deserve to be looked into properly. In particular, we would want to understand the circumstances around the coolant/water level and the other checks you have mentioned, rather than speculate about what may or may not have been completed.
We would therefore really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this with the branch. Time taken was fairly
Long for the process.
IPad left in the car after the work was finished. Older gentleman at the business working their mechanic was doing nothing for the first half an hour of the day. Was really not an assert to the business. Was taking salary but not doing any work. Would
Have been effective doing some cars to help
The others so they could Move customers on for the day.
Very wasteful
To the business model.

I am a regular customer over the years ,I needed a tyre replacement quick service ,friendly staff at the counter price was excellent, will use them again for my mot in a few months.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry you felt disappointed by your experience.
To clarify the situation, your booking was made through our online booking system for two new tyres. Wheel alignment is not included as part of a tyre booking and is an optional additional service, which we do recommend where appropriate.
On the day of your appointment, our wheel alignment equipment had unfortunately developed a fault earlier in the day, meaning we were unable to offer the additional alignment service at that time. We appreciate this was frustrating, particularly if you had specifically intended to have the alignment carried out.
However, we do feel it is important to clarify that the two tyres you booked were supplied and fitted as requested, and we did not charge you for a wheel alignment that we were unable to carry out. We therefore feel that describing the situation as being “conned” is unfair.
Equipment failures can unfortunately happen, and while we always do our best to minimise disruption and provide the services our customers request, on this occasion the alignment equipment was unavailable.
We’re sorry that this left you feeling dissatisfied, but we hope this clarification explains what happened.
The equipment is due an engineers visit early next week and we'd be happy to give you a call once its operational again to arrange the alignment for you.
