I booked a full service with Mr. Tyre and the staff were amazing. Any additional repairs and the costs involved were communicated to me. The pricing was also affordable.

Very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend.
(I called in after picking my car up after having had a bumper fitted at a local garage. I had checked the availability of the tyres online but wanted to check the sizes before booking. Although it said I could book today online when I went to book it I couldn't. I think this was because it was so close to the actual time I wanted. I am sure I could have booked over the phone. When I arrived I had about an hour and a half to spare. The gentleman who served me was very accommodating and fitted the tyres to fit in with my schedule).
Will certainly use this branch again and this will be my preferred location.
Customer service at its best and a really enjoyable experience (in sweltering heat).

Mr Tyre are the best
My 🚗 car tyre got changed on time,and the staff was very professional and helpful, whilst I was paying my bill the staff member drove my car out and put it in the shade for me great.

DANGEROUS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!
Paid Mr Tyre for 2x front tyres and tracking! 10 months later I noticed my front tyres were bold!!!! On the inner side (Bering in mind I do low mileage around 6000 miles per year, or less). Took my car to somewhere else who unlike Mr Tyre gave me a "Printout" of my tracking before & After! The results were SHOCKING!! My front tyres and me steering wheel alignment was DANGEROUS!!! I was told, "If I was driving on a motorway I could have had a serious accident". *Not what you want to hear. Was given a "Printout" of the before and after (Mr Tyre never gives customers this). I did email Mr Tyre customer service.......and received a "Your fault" reply. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY!!!! I will be informing Trading Standards of their shocking service and also putting drivers in danger.

Dear Brice Roddis,
When I responded directly to your complaint, I'm not sure if you understood what I meant.
Your car failed it's MOT test in July 2025, which was 4 months after you had the wheel alignment done. The car failed on several items, and you had advisories on several others.
These are the details:
Do not drive until repaired (dangerous defects):
Nearside Rear Brake pad(s) less than 1.5 mm thick (1.1.13 (a) (ii))
Offside Rear Brake pad(s) less than 1.5 mm thick (1.1.13 (a) (ii))
Parking brake efficiency less than 50% of the required value (1.4.2 (a) (ii))
Repair immediately (major defects):
Nearside Rear Lower Suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn front and rear bushes (5.3.4 (a) (i))
Offside Front Lower Suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn front and rear bushes (5.3.4 (a) (i))
Offside Headlamp light intensity severely reduced (4.1.4 (a))
Power steering malfunctioning at idle (2.1.5 (a))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Nearside Rear Outer Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge (5.2.3 (e))
Nearside Rear Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
Offside Rear Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
The dangerous items and the major defects listed include the Nearside and Offside front lower suspension arm bushes which would definitely need the alignment resetting after they were replaced.
I am not expecting you to respond, but please pass on this correspondence onto Trading Standards as although they would obviously advise you that no business can or should guarantee wheel alignment for well over a year, they will be especially interested in hearing how you are trying to hold us responsible and slandering us at the same time.
