If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you’re a hotel lover. Or hotel curious at least. But before we get to the objects of our affection, allow us to introduce ourselves…
Mr & Mrs Smith (a nod to the classic check-in nom de plume for illicit stays of old) began life in 2003 with two adventurous hotel lovers (our real-life Mr and Mrs: James and Tamara Lohan) and has evolved into a global travel club with more than a million like-minded members.
Our carefully curated (and responsibly sourced) collection now includes hotels in the sky (if you’ve never woken up in a treehouse, we can change that), hotels in caves, hotels above water, hotels underwater (well, partially), hotels a million miles away, hotels on your doorstep…
It’s no accident that the collection is so special. Entry is by invitation only and every hotel is visited by our team and anonymously reviewed by a diverse bunch of trusted tastemakers.

Enduring and unwavering excellence
I have used Mr & Mrs Smith for the majority of my hotel bookings for at least the last five years. Every single interaction with the staff is so positive; they are extremely helpful, courteous, responsive, and supportive. Mr & Mrs Smith do an excellent job of ensuring the hotels meet a high standard, taking a proactive role of constantly checking with the hotels to ensure the standard is being maintained. The standard of excellence across this business is unwavering and enduring. I just booked my latest hotel in Switzerland, and the staff have been so incredibly helpful with my many queries in the process of finalising the booking.

Annoying that it isn't tied to my Hyatt account. I had gift cards, and you can't use those at Hyatt. Just makes it a hassle and has made me avoid a couple hotels so far from you over that issue alone.

Thank you for your feedback. As part of this promotion, World of Hyatt points were awarded per $ spent on gift cards to be redeemed through Mr & Mrs Smith - this was prior to our full integration with Hyatt.

This is the second booking with Me&Mrs smith..just one thing to note is when using Apple Pay to book you must pay the balance in full, the option of paying a deposit and the balance at the hotel ladder is not possible.
This is not explained on the website.
I don’t think the Apple Pay Pay option should be given in the checkout section if you select the pay deposit option.
The text states pay deposit not but when transaction happens it takes the full payment.
The agent explained the above when I called to check why the full amount was taken and not just the deposit.
