We can highly recommend Midland Property Surveys Ltd. They were efficient in every aspect of the survey and took the time to talk us through every element of the report after it was completed. They provided us with recommended / suggested actions for each issue found, and provide an incredibly comprehensive report. Warren is really personable and helpful and made sure we understand all of the technical findings within the report, as well as giving us his frank and measured assessment of the property. If you need a survey doing anywhere in the midlands, they are the company to use!

Midland Property did a full structural survey on a new rental property in the B28 postcode.
