Great to deal with. Good customer service.

First habitation check of our new Carado motorhome, Hanna on the service desk was a pleasure to deal with.

We recently were required to use the services of the Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld for some warranty repairs on our Fiat Adria Motorhome. From the initial phone call to when we collected our repaired Motorhome, they were exceptional.

It was an urgent situation from our perspective and they took on the repair and fitted us into their schedules. We had a trip planned and with the Motorhome undrivable it looked like the trip would have to be cancelled. We had been told the part required was on back order but the staff at Erwin Hymer Center Travelworld “pulled out all the stops” and went the extra mile to source it and fit it within a 4 day period.

Rob, Steve and Amber were amazing and certainly exceeded our expectations and were true ambassadors for the company. We can only extend our gratitude and thanks to them and the team at Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld for their outstanding service.

We highly recommend Erwin Hymer Centre and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had loan of car while waiting for van to be serviced.

Only issue is that the cost of the service was too much at £628:27 considering it was just a habitation and damp check as Mercedes service the engine.

The after sales service of this company is absolutely none existent. Do not waste your time at this dealer there are far better options for you

From the moment we arrived we found all the staff to be most helpful and considerate. Especially the service care manager Rob and the service team Steve and Hannah. We were very impressed with the time taken by Travelworld staff to explain and resolve matters.

What a change to deal with somebody who knows what they are doing, it’s only taken 7 months and the arrival of Steve Hodgkins to get our Hymer finally sorted out. If dealing with the service department we would highly recommend dealing with Steve. He rings when he says he’s going to and emails with updates. This is not a review of Travelworld, just the excellent customer service we’ve received from Steve after months of frustration and numerous very bad experiences. Thank you Steve.Deb & Ange

Camper van had an issue with the Truma heater. Steve Hodgkins did a great job of getting the parts quickly and booking the van in and provided great service during the visit and ensuring the right experts were available to talk through the work.

Finally a 1st class customer service experience from Amber after a very frustrating experience following the purchase of our brand new Hymer last September. Amber has only recently started with the Erwin Hymer Centre and is an absolute asset to them! Her attention to detail and methodically going through all the issues and ensuring they were all resolved has restored our faith in the company. Her bosses should take note of this and ensure they look after Amber as they tend to go through a lot of customer service personnel!

Just a great service and Steve was excellent

Despite having an issue with Travel world because a part ordered was incorrect when we arrived, I was very happy how my situation was handled by Miss Amber Beech and hopefully everything will be rectified in the very near future

Great service from Steve in the Service Department.
Our Hymer came in to Travelworld for its annual habitation service/checkover today, and to investigate a water leak. Steve was able to let me speak directly to the workshop technician. The problem was quickly traced to a non Hymer accessory, and repaired.

Very friendly staff, Steve Hodges took care of us (including biscuits for our little dog) when we picked up our motorhome after a damp check and its first MOT. He was very informative about what we needed to do. Thankyou Steve.

Karl was a lovely salesman he did not push us in any way. He gave us lots of advice and was very professional.
Unfortunately we didn't get to see Karl on the day we picked up our new motorhome but Adrian was lovely too very nice people to do business with and very happy with our new motorhome

Had a habitation check today. Dealt with very efficiently by Steve Hodgkins who phoned and explained some extra work that was advised. I was kept advised of the work done and collection time.

The centre is excellent and the staff are helpful, easy access from the motorway and lots of space in the grounds.
Have not had any experience of the service side so I couldn’t comment on them but up to now its been total satisfaction.
Not satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and would gladly except my cash back but the centre and Frank are outstanding.
With regards to the Carado totally disappointed firstly the quality not good at all who else but incompetents would release a new vehicle without fitting a smoke and carbon monoxide gas alarms. Who on earth would design a waste tap that one has to get under the vehicle to release the waste water, the light switches are placed in awkward places, toilet far too small a vehile of this price with no radio fitted the televisio is of low quality bad sound and the pull out bracket I feel sure is out of an old military truck, the design and quality are of a low standard and the promise to ring you back is a laugh, think hard before buying a Carado,

Vehicle was ready for handover as arranged, handover fairly comprehensive. There were a couple of issues that the handover highlited, one down to me and one to the handover. All sorted easily.
