I am extremely happy with my window replacement experience. The entire process right from the beginning, the survey, the measuring up and all the way through to fitting the replacement could not have gone better.

Crickey, finding quality parts at the moment is dificult, I am glad we were able to source the spirals for you, even if it did take a bit longer than it would have done... pre Brexit! I am really delighted that we got there in the end and that you are happy. Do not forget you have a five year guarnatee for the work, I have my fingers crossed over the parts, our workmanship on the otherhand I have no doubts at all :)

Excellent Refurb and repair
Arek from Mortice and Green repaired the sashs in my window and did a refurb. He was a pleasure to deal with and took such pride in his work which was excellent.

I am very happy with the service I received from Mortice and Green. All my initial enquiries were dealt with kindly, helpfully and patiently. The installation of my window was efficient and skilful. They came back to do some small extra work without chasing. I would definitely recommend them.

After Mortice and Green getting of two payments, you left a lot of work without any reasonable excuse and gone. It's unfair!
I valued M&G one star online for my disappointment at your breach of conditions of the contract. Your feedback soon online this time only, but explaining I've never heard before. You haven't advised me to do the left overhaul and decoration works to windows and shutters at the second fix stage of my project, I and my agent tried to contact you by phone and emails many times, we have never heard your such advice. Without both parties agreement, you want to utilize the settlement and refund to change the status of existing contract relationship by yourself. I don't agree to your behavior.
At beginning you promised me that work would be completed within two weeks, but you occupied the site more than two months, until now you are still holding my keys. There is two months for your work before the decoration works builder entering. It's difficult to say that there's not enough time left to you.
Is there any misunderstanding happened? Do you want come back to complete the work as you described in your reply below that you want at the second fix stage of my project come back? Why I can't receive your any reply by email on it? Don't only be good at making excuses.

Thank you for leaving feedback. I would like to just clarify this situation slightly as your statements are a little misleading to say the least
Yes, we have received a deposit payment from you, this part is true.
We commenced work for you on the agreed date and we did as much work as possible before your builders arrived.
We absolutely cannot work while walls, ceilings and plaster are being removed, nor can we work whilst a property is being gutted. This was explained to you on numerous occasions. Our work is very sensitive and delicate.
We are not able to decorate windows while large amounts of dust and debris is being produced by other trades working in the same rooms as us.
We do not tolerate our staff being shouted at and sworn at in a threatening manner by anyone, client or not, this is totally unacceptable behaviour.
We have overhauled your windows in preparation for the decorating work but have been forced to cease work as we cannot work in such an environment.
As agreed, we are now calculating the cost of the work we have done for you to date and will be reimbursing you any money that you may have over paid, you have provided us with (at our request) your bank details.
Once we have calculated the cost of all the work that we have done to date, we will then be paying you back any amount that is due to you, as agreed.
The way the project has been managed has caused this not us, we did advise you to do the windows at the second fix stage of your project, but our advice unfortunately fell on deaf ears.

Our apartment front door was draughty…
Our apartment front door was draughty as the building is old. Mortice and Green had already replaced our windows a few years ago and done a great job so I got them in to do this. They arrived promptly, carried out the work efficiently with excellent results. I would recommend.

Although we had to wait a couple of months as they were so busy when our window was ready to be fitted the workman arrived on time and worked hard - cleared up after very well. And we are pleased with our new replacement double glazed victorian sash window. They did an excellent job. I recommend the company.
