Morgan Sloane Chartered Surveyors Anmeldelser

Very quick, efficient and friendly service from Lucy at Morgan Sloan. I’d certainly recommend to anyone looking for a surveyor. The price was also reasonable.

Very professional and very speedy in providing report.

Having never bought a new build home before I was unsure of the process involving arrangements to get a professional snagging survey done. From my initial phone call with Lucy in the office I realised that due to pending completion date time was not on my side.Lucy explained possible pitfalls etc and that Morgan Sloane were not the cheapest company offering the service I required and that if I looked around I would be able to find cheaper however assured that their service would be thorough. Payment was made and arrangements were made by their surveyor to visit site/plot on chosen date and a very thorough report was received back within a few days. I would not hesitate in using this company again or recommending them to others

Quick. Efficient. Very detailed report provided.

This company were very helpful. They guided me through the process and very quick to respond to any questions I had.

The company made everything simple laying out what was ahead, how much their fees would be etc.
Morgan Sloane work in a very speedy manner,
Thoroughly recommended.

A very thorough report. The company were helpful, efficient and friendly. The surveyor was happy to answer all my concerns. The final report is easy to understand and gives lots of recommendations. I feel I know all sorts of new details about my property. I would highly recommend Morgan Sloane.

A very friendly service.
Polite and friendly staff offering a quick, great service.

The service was incredible, both Lucy and Paul were lovely, professional and empathetic to my situation. Have already recommended to friends needing surveys on their properties.

The communication on the phone with both admin and the surveyor was excellent. The company was able to carry out my land survey very quickly and efficiently ready for probate at a very reasonable price .I would certainly recommend them.

Very professional service. Prompt response to enquiries and to appoinment - I'll be recommending them!

Morgan Sloane responded quickly and provided an excellent service with great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and actual survey itself too. Customer service team were polite and prompt in responding and getting the survey booked in.
Survey highly detailed report and thorough with recommendations and easy to understand ratings for any issues. With previous surveys I have had with other companies, it has been obvious the report is copy and pasted and not personalized however this one is highly specific and you can tell individualised and not just a template. Would highly recommend.

Pavlos was extremely friendly and professional and couldn't have done any more to help. In addition to Pavlos' great service I've found the office team to be extremely helpful, prompt and friendly when replying to my main queries.

Would absolutely use again and would recommend.

cheaper than alternatives

Excellent, helpful service, both from the admin team who dealt with my calls and from Pavlos, who came to inspect the property for a probate valuation.

Great customer service. Very quick responses and got booked in quickly. 100% recommend
