Dear Customer Brian, thank you ever so much for taking the time to review our company and level of service received from design concept through to installation completion of your new bathroom. Although we are pleased you are happy with the finished project, it is disappointing to learn this was achieved first time, with issues with fitters and supply of goods. I will refer this back to the installations department, who will look into the matter further to determine what can be learnt, to stop this occurring in the future. Thank you again for the honest feedback provided.
The installation was completely satisfactory. …
After the initial sales phase everyone concerned with the installation was helpful and professional. Our last minute changes of mind were accepted and carried out without any problems. The standard of workmanship was very good.

Amazing Work
Recently had some work done in my home, Martin was absolutely amazing, Can't praise his work enough. He went above and beyond! He was very respectful He cleaned and tidied the area once he had finished but also his surrounding area whilst doing his job making sure I had access to areas I needed due to being disabled. He made sure I was physically able to use the rise and fall worktop he had installed before he left to make sure it was suitable for my needs.
Definitely 5 ⭐ work & 5 ⭐ person!
Keep up the good work 😀👍

Very happy with the workers who have been at the property to create new spaces and resolve any repairs recently. Quality workmanship and very personable and respectful professionals. Thank you for all your hard work. It's massively appreciated and done to last a very long time. "Do it well, and do it once" is a motto I can stand by and appreciate that your workers operate with this ethic too. Highly recommended. It's worth paying more for quality and peace of mind. Highly recommend this company.

Just had a lovely new wet room fitted thanks to Dave the fitter/plumber. Can't praise his work and work ethic highly enough. He was consistantly punctual, very respectful of our needs and a lovely person to have in our home. He cleaned and tidied the area and surrounding area every day making sure we had clear access through the nights. It was just a shame we were all let down on occaisions by having the wrong bathroom equipment sent, delaying his work and causing frustration for us all. I did however contact Passmores to discuss this and the situation got resolved. I have to say this 5 star review is awarded to Dave...he really was a star!

Wetroom installation
Just had a wetroom installed and finished and the whole process was very professional. Nigel who came to visit and let me choose my own tiles and flooring was very helpful and polite and understanding of my personal needs.
Also when the work started Gaz(Gary) was very professional also. He described every aspect of the job from start to finish and kept me informed of his work during the installation. He was very polite, hardworking, tidy and also took the time to make me a brew and have a conversation with me on a personal level. Would recommend 100%.

Wet room conversion from bathroom
We were delighted when we were told that the company would be starting the job in the near future and that the designer would be coming to discuss our requirements. We found him rude and condescending. He spoke down to us and one of his statements was "Why should we bank role you" which we found very rude and discourteous. We were given a start date. However we waited and waited no workmen arrive. Over a week later we received a letter telling us they would be starting work the week after. The workman was amazing he worked very hard and was most polite and helpful. We found the company had little regard for the workforce as they were constantly ringing them and pushing them to finish the job ready for the next. At one point they even pulled the workman off our job completely despite another 2 days work was still required. The workman did a magnificent job and my partner is able to use the room independently now instead of relying on me for his personal hygiene needs.

Dear Mr Kaye, thank you ever so much for taking the time to review our company and level of service received from design concept through to installation concept of your shower room. Never resting on our laurels, and wanting to investigate this further, please could you email info@mnoreability.co.uk with some more information on both elements. With regards to your feedback on your fitter, Martin will be absolutely delighted with your comments on the conscientious and courteous manner in which he delivered your project. Thank you ever so much again for leaving a review.
