Bought 1st moped for my son last year and this year sold it back so he could trade up to a 125. Great service from start to finish on sales and price offered to buy back . Friendly, approachable and couldn't ask for better. 100% recommend!

Absolutely delighted with my new (to me) Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Trials replica from Moonraker motorcycles! I live near Glasgow and, at first, was a bit hesitant to make enquiries on this bike as Norwich is a long way away from me. Robby, from Moonraker Motorcycles however, couldn't have been more helpful. He sent multiple images and videos (all Hi-resolution), was easily available and answered all my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. He even organised a bike delivery company (Move my Bike.co.uk) to get my bike here in a very cost effective and timely manner. My bike arrived just as Robby had advised and I am absolutely 'Over the Moon' with the deal and the condition of my bike!
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Moonraker Motorcycles Ltd. to anyone looking for their next bike, regardless of distance involved! Special thanks to Robby and Tracey (Move My Bike) for all their help!

Just had my first service done and couldn't fault the moonraker team in the slightest, even nice enough to make me a coffee.

Just to let you know I’m very pleased with my new Royal Enfield super meteor, Robby was super helpful when we visited the shop nothing was too much trouble helped me find the right bike, My new bike was delivered when they said it would be along with a lovely gift. So a big thanks to all of you. Would highly recommend and would use again. All the best Carl

What a fantastic experience buying a motorbike from Moonraker. Excellent communications, and was made to feel welcome when I came to collect and ride away. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very welcoming on arrival good knowledge of bikes I brought sat on both bikes and started up by Robby who was excellent salesman delivery was a week arrived when they said by Paul and unloaded exactly what I wanted couldn’t recommend these guys enough

First of all absolutely amazing service from start to finish( would give more stars if possible)
Been looking for a new bike for a few months now and was still unsure on what was best for me.
Walked in to moonraker and was met my a lovely receptionist who offered me a drink straight away and ask if I needed any help. Starting walking round the shop and browsing at all the amazing bikes on display.
Robby walked up to me asking if I was ok and needed any help, I told him the boxes I needed ticking for what I was after and he said I think I have just the thing.
Found what I was looking for with a few more extras included plus Robby for a few quid knocked off ( always a plus 😉)
At no point did I find he was trying to sell me something he was just happy to point me in the right direction of what was best for me as its my first bike.
Anyway I brought the bike as it really did tick all the boxes with extras.
Robby got us a great deal, and next day delivery as I wanted it before I go away to work, bike come with a full 12 months MOT.
Paul the owner delivered the bike the next day and same as Robby he was also very very helpful, he didnt just drop and dash he was happy to stay for 30 minutes and give me a full rundown on the bike including how to add and remove all the panniers and top box ( as its my first bike )

Like I said at the top Moonraker in Norwich was excellent service from start to finish 10 star in my opinion.

Would highly recommend to anyone 👌🏼 👍🏻

Picked up a Voge DS525X from Robby and Paul at moonraker today- great experience with the guys and nicely stocked dealer - they are not my local dealer , but was well worth the trip to Norwich and a decent day for a drive back - would buy from them again - Oh and love the bike -

I bought a Voge and took it back after 500 miles for its running in service

I was shocked at the cost of the labour which was £120 per hour

Considering they sell budget brands this is extortionate and higher than Ducati or triumph charge me

I simply won’t use them again so very much a false economy for them

The place is horrible , I booked an appointment 6 months in advance . I called to ask if they can do an extra job and they said to me sorry I might have to cancel your appointment.

And I got a lame excuse that everyone books an appointment so far in advance.

Dont bother buy anything from them , they are only good to get your money !

I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE BIKE FROM THE BEGINNING!!

Waste OF MY MONEY!! And they have taken a lot of money off me!!

Collected my Yamaha tracer 700 today thank you Robby nothing was to much trouble great service and very friendly to deal with definitely recommend this is the 5th bike I’ve had from them

Fantastic experience, helpful and friendly service. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door and coffee was offered straight away. They took two motorcycles in part exchange, and delivered the motorcycle I bought. All questions answered, had my new motorcycle in two days- excellent.
Nice beer glass as well!

What a fantastic motorcycle dealer. I did a 410 mile round trip to pick a bike up. Superb welcome. Lots of Coffee and cold drinks. Got on the bike and the tank was full. That was a result when I had 205 miles to go. Jamie is a top bloke. I would have no hesitation in traveling so far again. Great service and great people. Hope to see you again Carl from Burnley.

I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had—truly exceptional from start to finish. Every single person I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable, but also fully informed and supported throughout the process. As someone completely new to the world of motorbikes, I was nervous and had a lot of questions, but the team—especially Robbie, Eliot, and Paul—were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful.

They didn’t just try to sell me a bike—they made sure I was confident and safe, taking the time to walk me through every detail. I’m from Australia and unfamiliar with the local systems, but they even helped me figure out insurance and gave me advice tailored to my situation.

What really blew me away was how they treated me once the sale was complete. I was a bit uncomfortable about riding the bike home on my own since I’m new to riding, and without hesitation, they offered to drive me home. That’s not something you'd expect from any dealership—it shows they genuinely care about their customers and not just about making a sale.

The pricing was fair, the service was personal, and the atmosphere was welcoming. If it’s your first time getting a motorbike, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The team truly made what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive, memorable one. Thank you again, Robbie, Eliot, and Paul—you made all the difference.

Recently purchased a Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 from Moonraker. From start to finish Robby and Paul were both great to deal with. Thanks to Robby's great advice and knowledge, I have come away a very happy customer. Anyone looking for a new bike, I would 100% recommend visiting here

What a fantastic and knowledgable bunch.
I purchased one bike and then changed my mind to another. The communication even out of hours was brilliant.
Paul and Robbie, are an absolute credit to Moonraker. The bike was ready earlier than expected and they always respected the customer. 5 stars boys *****

I bought my used Honda Forza from Moonraker after previously having bought other items from them. Thy guys are very friendly and provide a great service you can trust. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. I have been their customer over the years and have always been treated with courtesy and helpfulness.
5 star.

What a great family dealership. Purchased a ex demo bike - painless from start to finish. They organised delivery and were very transparent all the way through. Good communication and wonderful service. USE THEM! you will not regret it

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish! I dealt with Shane, who was professional, friendly, patient, extremely helpful and I was very happy with the deal. The bike was delivered to me and I'm so happy with it. I love my Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. Thank you for all your help Shane, excellent.
