Yesterday I was running late and wanted to rent a classical guitar but I didn't think I had enough time,and their was 25 mins left shop time.Renting was so easy and the service was fantastic,must of thanked Ian 4 times.Thanks guys at mooloolaba Music.15 minutes to rent.easy.

I bought a Taylor 614CE Grand Auditorium Electric/Acoustic guitar online through Mooloolaba Music. It is such a beautiful guitar at a great price. Amazing craftsmanship and sound. It arrived without a blemish. It was well packaged for safe transport and it arrived to a regional town in NSW within 3 days of purchase. I didn't expect it to arrive for at least another week. I’m sure Mooloolaba music is good, I grew up on the Sunshine Coast so I know they are a classic staple business of the area and I was keen to support it. But your online user experience is so so bad. I have read your response to the other 1 star review on here and I’m sorry but your justifications just don’t fly.

There are so many affordable website programs and online payment systems to use these days. Literally every other business has gotten on with it and has used products that create a good user experience for their online customers.

The fact that trying to get something shipped to you is so difficult to figure out online is just a bad experience really. I accidentally ended up selecting click and collect (which is the default for an online order which is already weird) and then got an email saying that I needed to call the shop and pay for shipping over the phone. Which I did, but I received no shipping info - the only thing I received was the order recipe which said to log into an account that I don’t have to track the order.
Woeful experience. Sorry guys you need to just pull your socks up and make the small investment in a better online experience.

They had the pedal i wanted (Strymon Cloudburst, truly amazing) in stock, at a lower price than anyone else, and they got it to me in 2 days. Thrilled with the service.
