I found their pricing deceptive. All of these statements for a year were on one PDF file and they required me to purchase more credits t process. I reached out for support, received a canned response. Within a few minutes of the purchase, I requested my money back. Never heard of from them again. I originally had a subscription for my time to renew expired, the pricing went up 5x. I found better more reliable software for much less.

After reviewing your account, we see our support team replied to your inquiry to better understand the issue about only being able to process one account, as we’re often able to quickly resolve file or conversion questions. We did not receive a follow-up response and apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding your refund request.
Our pricing is based on the number of accounts within each monthly statement, even if multiple statements are combined into one PDF, as outlined in our FAQs. Easy to Use, Great ROI
From our experience, MoneyThumb was easy to use from the onset of our account setup. The resource provides an excellent ROI, as it saves us substantial time for a very reasonable cost. The few times that we've had questions regarding the conversion of documents, customer service was always quick to respond, assist, correct, and explain. All Conversions Failed
1st conversions with money thumb did not work properly. Support tried to help, though had pbms fixed only to import 3 accounts into quicken, and when manually tried correct errors, caused other accounts to blow up. Paid for 63 extra conversions, but conversions failed. Support offered to do the conversions and did, but turns out a month of transactions were missing. Then support complained they were taxed too much and told me to fix stuff myself manually and later to go find someone else's software to do the job because I complained too much.

Hi Philip - We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations. For transparency, our support team invested substantial time working with you across many email exchanges, reconversions, and troubleshooting steps.
When you reported duplicate transactions, we confirmed they were Quicken transfer entries, not MoneyThumb conversion errors — something you later acknowledged to us. To help further, we reorganized nearly four years of your PDFs by year, reconverted three accounts multiple times (including with optional settings you later requested), and provided both QFX and CSV formats to help you simplify the reconciliations.
When you reported missing transactions, we verified they were present in the converted files and we even went a step further and researched Quicken-specific fixes for you. Our customer service manager worked directly with you to help resolve your challenges and she remained professional and patient throughout. Any feelings that we were “taxed too much” was clearly misunderstood as we are always eager and happy to provide outstanding support to our customers. Ultimately, many of the issues stemmed from Quicken’s handling of imports, which is outside of MoneyThumb’s control.
We remain confident in both our product and the professionalism of our support team and we welcome the opportunity to work with you in the future.
My purpose was to convert a .cvs file…
My purpose was to convert a .cvs file to a Quicken gfx file or a .qfi file. I loaded the .cvs file into the program and it would not let me convert without making changes to the data column headings. It is very confusing and there are no instructions. With only 5 conversions per month allowed, I wasted 2 on trial and error... I have since canceled my subscription.
(Also, no fault of MoneyThumb, but Quicken only allows a few months to be downloaded, so not very useful if you need to keep the historical records for a longer period.)

I purchased the conversion software to…
I purchased the conversion software to convert a qfx to a qbo file. The program does not recognize the file. I've reached out to Customer Support 2x in the past 10 days with zero response. I've called their offices. The message referred me to contact them via their website. Which is zero response. I urge anyone considering doing business with the company to research other companies and look elsewhere.

This program saved me hours of labor. The .csv files from the bank were not downloading for 6 mos. It was not discovered til tax time, but MoneyThumb converted the transactions with minimal clean up (compared to the only other options!) So GREATFUL!!!!

I tried to convert pdf statements to excel in Adobe Pro. It was brutal. So much clean up it took me 2 hours to do one statement.
With MoneyThumb I converted 13 statements (perfectly) in under 7 minutes. Amazing.
