Absolutely terrible. I haven’t been able to cancel successfully and have been trying for over a month. Feels like a total scam and Fraudulent. I haven’t received any help. Just redundant fake help emails and now they say I owe them money….?! Terrible. I can’t get over it. If someone wants a case I have documentation for trying to cancel over the past 30 days and still being charged.

Had an awful experience with MoneyPilot and would recommend everyone stay far far away. I initially signed up through a Facebook ad, but soon found the service sub-par. They offered a money back guarantee if I was ever dissatisfied with the company. However, I come to find out the so-called money back guarantee is complely made up and not honored in any way. So, I go to my online account and cancel on my own. Days later, I was shocked to find I was still being charged even though I got a confirmation of cancelation. They undid the cancelation without my consent. I emailed customer support and was ignored. It wasn't until I filed a PayPal dispute that someone finally reached out, only to bbeg me to drop the dispute before I could receive a refund. Complete and utterly scamy behavior.

Im curious what happens to the ongoing claims should I choose to cancel my subscription? Im sure as a company with integrity you will continue to ensure the claims that were filed while I had a paid subscription are fulfilled? You are basically just a directory which I understand the usefulness but it seems that you have left no option to not renew the subscription if I dont want to miss out on the claims i have filed. Also I have yet to see any claim money thus far nor have I been asked in the majority of these claims filed where I wish this money to be sent, which is somewhat sketchy.

Money pilot with out my permission took 39.99 out my checking I was expect a refund I haven’t this app and I have with this website . I had look up on google to find what was. My money refunded and soon

The point is it should identify and fast track claim processes suitable for you, and it does neither. It throws every possible claim at you, regardless of any relevance, and charges you for the convenience.

I was given 8, literally eight, different screens to click through cancelling my membership. One showing potential missed benefits, such as a claim relating to Hyundai (I have never owned a Hyundai), then a timed button to wait before clicking, then a feedback one with another "Please don't go", then one with a little sad face. The reek of bullshit off this business is unbearable.

I would leave a negative star if I could. Because this company said they had a moneyback guarantee I naïvely trusted that. I paid with PayPal and then realized it was not what I signed up for, I contacted the company and asked for my money back as per the money back guarantee. I got no response so then I opened a dispute. Money pilot contacted me right away and said if you’ll close your PayPal dispute we will refund your money right away. Again, I naïvely did that and then I never heard from them again. I have at least 10 emails to the company and they just won’t respond. I am beyond disappointed!

I subscribed but cancelled same day. I reached out to customer service about a refund and got an automated email that someone would be in contact within 24-48 hours. No one has contacted me. It's been over a week. I have reached out 3 times.

This app is a scam, they take your money and charge you $89.00. They never send emails regarding services or confirmation of subscription. Do not use this app.

They steal your money. I never signed up for them and they have now taken 2 separate transactions from my account for $80. No phone number to contact them. Just an email address from which they never respond. BEWARE!!!!!

I never agreed to a 3 month subscription to money pilot. They are a corrupt company, when I filed a complaint with PayPal, they reached through my email asking me to withdraw my complaint, then they would refund once it was withdrawn. That is totally unethical and this company needs to be investigated. This apparently went through MG Labs Limited?? I read a post from someone who has dealt with money pilot, file a complaint with the Federal trade commission. I am also going to reach out to the BBB and the NY Attorney General's Office.

I have not heard anything from this company at all you sign in to your account it doesn’t show anything not even a way to cancel

You know this site seemed like a good site but after a while, I saw no value and it just keeps taking money from you automatically and I tried to cancel my subscription and I get this automated response that says we’ll get back to you and this has been going on since January 20 and now today it is April 9 and I still haven’t got this resolved. Do not sign up with the site.

I am positive I cancelled this “subscription” right after I used it. None of the “law suits” had any thing that applied to me. It was pretty much useless. Now today, I see a charge on my bank statement for $39.99 and I haven’t used this site at all! Please be careful because they may just take your money for nothing!

Multiple charges same month, double monthly fee. Very bad outfit. Do not use.

It took 2 1/2 months to get my account cancelled all while I was still billed. I have requested a refund so many times. Very poor ethics. First payment 19.99 in Jan. Have been trying since to get my money back.

This is a scam website. They make it easy to join but impossible to cancel, They give you ways "upgrade" you membership but no way to cancel. Cancelation emails are ignored while they continue to charge your card. Don't fall for it.

I fell for this also; this company ensures that they can get you settlements from lawsuits that you are intitled to and ready and waiting for your submittal of payment requests. Then you don't hear from them anymore and you find multiple paid charges to your credit card;.
all made on the same day for varied amounts from 7.99 to 20.97 (mine was six totaling 86.00). These charges were never in the original info. The charges came from another out of the US company: MG Labs Limited and after googling them I found they are in the UK with other similar named companies in other countries. Alongside them are many Scam Warnings Posted. I am in process of attempting to get my money back besides the original amount agreed to which after paying will make me more careful in the future!

Easy to install, directions were simple and it has a variety of information and update on all the settlements and claims.
