I know nothing about pensions and saw an ad for Pension Wise so thought I'd give them a try. I rang to make a telephone appointment and the Advisor rang exactly on time and asked me security questions set up during my first call to arrange the meeting so I knew it wasn't a scam call. My Advisor, Sarah, was lovely and incredibly patient and clear, explaining and repeating things if I wasn't too sure. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend AND it's a free service.

I just spent an hour on the phone just to be told they recommended I help myself. Even though I expressed difficulty communicating with my creditors due to my anxiety. Person o the phone was rude, sharp, and impatient. I just wanted some relief approaching my baby’s arrival and I’ve just not gotten any real immediate support.

Very helpful agent however the hope they would be able to help me find a less expensive travel insurance that covered medical conditions did not transpire. In fact all of their recommendations were more expensive than those I had already found.
