I have 2 fraudulent charges by them on my credit card had to cancel and get a new card

Tracking emails from Momentumy said my order was deliveried to address in Oregon but I live in Virginia. When I reported that to them they showed me tracking that it was deliveried to my address in Virginia and said to contact USPS with tracking number that PO said did not exist. Total lie, scam, fraud, whatever. Stay clear of Momemtumy.

MEN: varerne kom aldrig - derimmod får jeg nu næsten dagligt mail-beskeder med teksten:
"Your parcels status has been updated"
Der er et trackingnummer ... som jeg aldrig kunne drømme om at benytte, eftersom pakken aldrig flytter sig fra "transit" eller "arrived".
Det ligner en trap-link - så jeg vil FRAråde alle andre at klikke på det.
OG jeg vil FRAråde ALLE at handle med MOMENTUMY - det er FAKE SCAM SVINDEL!

I wish there was a zero star option. I ordered an item in December and paid expedited shipping costs. When it was delayed I wasn’t surprised nor upset because it was the holiday season. However we are now in March. I have emailed them multiple times, been given multiple tracking numbers and been told my item was delivered only to have the tracking information show that it is not delivered and no updates in over a month. I have had to turn it over to my credit card company to deal with. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Avoid this company.

I ordered the size by their size chart for the size that should have fit me…. It is far from doing that in so many ways. When I contacted the company for a return and refund. I was told to send pictures of my information to them to prove infact I did have their product.
Their answer to me was “ that is what I ordered so for my troubles they would send $3 USD and I could give them away”… to which I refused.
With that they sent me another email stating they would increase the $ 3. 00 to $ 5.00 and I could keep the bras….
I guess I will keep them I paid for them..
so like most people I will not be ordering from them again.

What they sell is useless trash. I ordered Polygon flat measuring spoons. When they finally arrived, I found them to be utterly incapable of measuring anything. They bend like overcooked pasta, half the magnets don't work, and the measurement indicators are unreadable. What an absolute waste of money.

I’d give 0 stars if I could! I’ve emailed them over 8 times no response. I was sent a pair of pants I cannot even wear because they never properly made a hole for the button to go through. I lost 43$ from this. There’s no way to contact them outside of the email, half the links on the website don’t even work. I reported this as a scam to the BBB because it is. Please don’t buy anything from them, they’re horrible!!!!! I have a picture of the pants as well literally looks like a needle poked a hole and the button cannot get through, the last thing I’m going to do is try to make the hole bigger with the quality of the jeans it would probably destroy them.

I bought a dress online because I was promised a risk free purchase. Easy returns if unhappy with the product. It has been anything but. The dress cost $58usd including shipping and they refused to tell me how to return it, instead offering me $2usd as compensation. After many emails back and forth, they refused to help me and “noted my dissatisfaction” Do not buy anything from this company!

Ordered a dragon on the 25/05/2024 been in australia since 20/06/2024 tracking no doesn`t work support has no idea where my item is and keep blaming logistics.
Even though they sent the item, they can not tell me where it is NOT HAPPY WIY=TH THIS AND NOT HAPPY TO GIVE ME A REFUND

ordered the portable clip on fan waited about 5 weeks for it, complete garbage. It is defective comes on a shuts off, charge does not hold. I would like a new fan or a refund please

I ordered barrel jeans and they were black and white thin cotton but were not jeans. They came in the wrong size. They replaced the size for the one I ordered but they were still the size a twig would wear and not a normal sized north American. A child can fit into it.
Not quality material at all. Garbage!!!

Ordered three air pressure wine opener kits, thinking one for me and two for gifts. Began using the opener and had very mixed results. On the first bottle, the cork was ejected as promised, maybe a little more forcefully than one would want with a little spray as the cork ejected. Subsequent attempts were met with mixed results. In about half the cases, the cork could not be removed with this opener, no matter how much air I pumped in. In the the other half, the cork came out but usually almost explosively. I contacted Momentumy about the issue asking to either return 2 of the kits or refund the purchase price on two of the three kits which I thought would be fair. They did not offer a return because they said it had to go back to China. They offered four cash refunds, starting at $5 and going as high as $20. These kits were $30 each. I refused their offer of $20 and wrote this review instead. I do not recommend Momentumy.com and I do not recommend an air pressure wine opener. Probably best to stay away from most of these type of direct to consumer from China situations.

Ordered a wine bottle acccessory kit for $29.95 and $5.95 shipping. Got billed for $8.95 more for tax. Am trying to cancel now thru PayPal. Research now reveals this is a scam site. Notice all the 5 star reviews are submitted mid year 2023 -- another tactic of scammers is to place their own fake reviews. Don't buy anything from Momentumy!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered 2 1/2 months ago. Received tracking a few weeks after ordering. Tracking stated my jeans were in st.Paul, MN for about 2 weeks. I reached out to the company, they said that I had the wrong tracking. They sent me new tracking. Order showed up a couple MORE weeks later…. Wrong size, nothing like the picture, terrible quality. I reached out, AGAIN, they claim they sent the correct size, when I sent the original order that clearly stated I ordered a small and they sent a medium, they continued to claim they were right and I was wrong. Offered $4 compensation….I spent $40 on the jeans. This coming is a HUGE scam. Avoid 100%

Fast, easy and they fit with some wiggle room. I want to have to go some where and they not have my kids size. I have complete school clothes shopping

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE OUT of Italy. They will not exchange unless you pay high shipping cost and endure long wait times. The item is not correct based on my measurements and thwor sizing chart. It also took almost a month to receive jeans. The quality is not as expected, the stitching on jeans does not compare to online picture. I would say this company is a scam trying to rip of people living in the USA.

Total scam. If I could give negative stars, I would. It took 6 weeks for me to receive a different size of jeans than I ordered, the quality is garbage, they overcharged my card, and their useless AI customer service keeps you going in circles.
