Lovely mirror , great service

Delivered on time as promised. The mirror is perfect for travel, it is perfect as most hotel rooms lighting is poor.

Beautiful, high quality mirror, a real centre piece in my daughters bedroom. The Bluetooth is a quirky but incredibly useful function giving a good sound. Service was fast and reliable, well packaged.

Product as described. Good quality AND it arrived earlier than planned.

Pleased with cabinet. Confused by bogus installation instructions that described a need to connect a cable from the door to the electrical supply. After help from the support team, the instructions are out of date.

Kept informed about (quick) delivery, excellent packaging. Mirror unit is good quality, instructions are fine. Disappointed with "ambient" lighting option, very harsh quality of light.

Delivered as planned, works brilliantly, looks great. Very happy with the product and the customer service has also been brilliant.

Bought for bathroom, and so wife could 'do' her make-up, was not sure if it would give enough light, but the led's do a good job.
The 'de-mist' function needs to be turned on before you start a shower etc, to give it time to warm up (not quick).
Early days yet, not had a chance to test the 'shaver' socket yet, but all seems good, and it looks very nice.

The mirror has 2 light strips, a demister and a shaver socket and looks very sleek. The only thing I'd say is that I would have like a smaller mirror but they don't do small sadly. Also I'd have preferred the shaver socket at the side rather than underneath as the cover hit the top of my tiles when it was opened so it had to go further up the wall and I'm only 5 feet tall so can only just see the top of my head in it now!

This company does not home deliver! The delivery driver wanted to leave our £800 item on the drive in the rain and not help me into the house with it!

When I checked the order it does state that they will not bring items into the house but this is really not made clear at all when ordering, is a massive inconvenience and is ridiculous when ordering such expensive items.

This was the second mirror we had ordered in recent months - one for the bathroom and one for the en-suite. Both were delivered in a fast and effective manner within a day or two of each order.
Ordering was easy - no fuss.
