Phenomenal Customer Support
My reason for 5 stars is the exceptional customer service I received dealing with an issue I had with my brand new sectional that got delivered. Two sectionals (out of five) had some stains. The delivery guys took pictures and told me to contact Modani’s customer support.
First, I called the store, and Makayla told me to send an email and she immediately helped me file a claim. I didn’t have to follow up. She knew what to do, and did it immediately.
Then, a day or two later, I get contacted via text by Jose (whom I had such a pleasant experience with). He was quick to respond to my texts, and he helped me set up a technician to come inspect my sectionals. When my schedule didn’t work with the technician’s schedule, Jose replied back in a courteous and patient manner. He worked with me to get the issue resolved. He took the initiative to follow up on a Monday, after the weekend had past. (Normally, with other companies, I’m the one to reach out to get the status or an update.) José suggested other solutions, and gave me a choice that worked for me.
I would buy more furniture from Modani due to this experience. There’s comfort in knowing that if I purchase from Modani, and there’s an issue, they want to make it right. That’s valuable to me.

I ordered $5000 bedroom set for client and paid extra for "white glove" delivery and set up. One week after delivery, my client moved into his new condo and tried to open the top drawer of nightstand. He found 3 screws ajar/missing and the holes were stripped out of wood that holds the metal drawer guides.
I immediately emailed salesman Daniel who sold me set with explanation and pictures of damaged drawer andcrequested replacement.
After 1 week, didn't get any response, so finally contacted Daniel and he told me he would contact his manager and get back to me. Another week passed by without any response, so called Daniel and he told mesomeone from customer service in Florida office would get back to me with resolution. Another week passed by without any response, so called Daniel again. 3 days later, I received "blind" automated text message that i didn't buy "insurance" so they are not going to replace damaged nightstand and I needed to find someone to fix it myself.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP QUALITY OF FURNITURE PROBABLY FROM CHINA.
DO NOT BUY FROM MODANI. HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE AND NO FOLLOW UP AFTER ALMOST 1 MONTH.

I purchased a Florinda table from the Boca store which is a motorized table and also purchased a 5 year warranty. After 15 month the table is stuck open half way and will not open or close. I was told by the warranty company that the store does not carry the table anymore and they can’t get parts. I have been fighting with the store, customer service and the warranty company that want to give me a store credit for what I paid, not including tax, delivery, or the warranty or a small cash settlement that is less than half of what I paid. There is no table in the store as big as the one I purchased and none that resemble the table I bought. I am very, very unhappy with this outcome and will never recommend anyone to purchase furniture from this store. A dining table should last decades, not 15 months. I will also have to pay someone to remove the old table.

I had an issue with a table top I ordered. There was a defect on one end. A technician was sent out to try to repair but unfortunately after he tried diligently to address the issue, it was not to my liking. The customer service tried to accommodate me with some other options. I said I would be more happy with a new table top. They agreed and ordered me a new one. Had an issue with my furniture that was delivered and resolving it was a great experience due to Karla J. She followed up even when I had forgotten to reach back out to them. I really appreciate that there are still good customer service representatives working to make a difference.
New collection Sofa
I have purchased a new sofa from the new Modani collection , I love it so much. Comfort level is on point and I have received several compliments when having guests over on how it looks! Very happy with my experience

Do not buy from Modani
Do not buy from Modani. They delivered my furniture after the allocated time for the delivery. I was unavailable to check the delivery when they arrived and my husband who is blind unknowingly accepted it. The delivery folks took the boxes. The 8 chairs I ordered do not fit properly under my table. Modani is now demanding that I pay a 30% restocking fee (which they did not tell me when I purchased the items) because I don't have the boxes. It really bothers me when a company takes advantage of someone who is disabled.
