For our visit to Ireland, I decided to rent a wheelchair for my wife. Of all the companies I looked into, the best response and pricing was with Mobility Direct. Martin was most helpful in making arrangements. The wheelchair was waiting for us at our hotel, and the return was just as easy.

I tried to deal with another company in Dublin via email and it took them two weeks to get back to me, only to tell me they didnt rent/hire the scooter they advertised on their website. I contacted Mobility Direct and Martin responded immediately. He made this process so easy from answering questions, delivering the scooter and picking it up, even paying the invoice was easy. This is the first time I needed a scooter while traveling. Martin was so professional, the equipment was top notch and the service excellent. All those things helped ease the anxiety about needing a scooter. I would highly recommend Martin and Mobility Direct!

I rented a small motorized scooter for the week in Dublin and it was a godsend. I am so impressed with the service from Mobility Direct, from delivery to pickup. Martin was responsive to my questions and even picked up the scooter himself on my departure day. Thank you for helping to make my stay in Dublin comfortable!

My husband is a first-time user of a Mobility Scooter and our experience has been fantastic. He was able to be as mobile as the rest of our large party which allowed us both to enjoy a very special family event! The machine disassembled and reassembled easily. After a few tries over the 5 or 6 days it was in use, you would think we were a very experienced pit crew. Booking was trouble-free. Martin was very responsive and ensured we could communicate during our stay in the event we needed assistance. Pick up at the airport rental car desk and the ability to leave it with the local hotel staff at our last hotel was fantastic! We highly recommend this company and compliment their service. We rented a Mobility Scooter for my husband for our trip to Ireland and it was perfect! We travelled by car, took trains and buses and he was able to travel all over with us - including the Temple Bar area! He was able to go into pubs and restaurants with ease on the scooter.

We also received comments from others how easy it was to take apart. We will look into buying one when we return to the US!!

I contacted Martin at Mobility Direct online before we left the US and he was so helpful! The scooter was delivered directly to our Air BnB and picked up.

If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would do so. Highly recommend Mobility Direct.

Great communication before, during, and after our stay! All our questions about the model of the scooter and the rental rules were answered. They ensured the scooter was available exactly when we needed it and were accommodating with both delivery and pick up. The scooter was in good condition and we had no problems operating it during our long trip. Thank you!

These folks were such a pleasure to work with. The power chair was waiting for my wife at the rental car desk upon arrival. We traveled around Southern Ireland and dropped it back off at the Dublin office. So accommodating and polite. 100% satisfied and recommend completely. The power chair itself helped my wife explore way more that she would of been able to without it. Thanks you!

The scooter was one of the best ideas we had on our vacation through Ireland. My buddy who needed it was able to get around a lot easier. The scooter was small enough to fold down and fit in the back of our rented SUV and nimble enough to get around tight corners at hotels and shops. Overall, the scooter met and exceeded expectations.
