Martin and Mobility Direct made my trip to Ireland possible! I rented a small mobility scooter and I had such a great time, due to the freedom that the device gave me and how easy the rental process was. I have a serious neurological condition so it’s tough for me to walk far, something that an Ireland trip requires. I took a leap of faith and contacted Martin. It was the best decision I ever made!
Martin made the process very easy and he was always quick to respond. He had someone meet me in the arrivals hall at the airport, upon arriving in Ireland, to pick up the scooter. and let me leave it at my last hotel in Dublin.
The scooter worked well. I liked that the battery lasted long and there was a pouch to store the charger if needed. I don’t think I had to charge the battery during the day on my entire trip. I’d charge it overnight. It was a sturdy model, yet it was still very easy to disassemble into 3 pieces, allowing it to fit under my tour bus for the week. I loved that a poncho was provided. It fit over me and the scooter when it drizzled or rained.
The scooter gave me independence. I was able to take off on my own without relying on someone pushing me in a wheelchair. I think it would be possible to navigate Ireland in a wheelchair due to how difficult it would be to push. My main concern, before coming to Ireland, was will the scooter be able to go everywhere I needed to go. I’m happy to say yes I was able to! Obviously, there were some old buildings that didn’t have elevators but I’m thrilled at the amount I was able to see in my scooter.

Loved working with Mobility Direct for my Pride Revo 2.0 scooter purchase! I found them through their YouTube videos (which you need to watch) which were very thorough in how to travel with a motorized scooter on an airplane, assembly and disassembly of the scooter and battery care. I probably wouldn't have followed through with my purchase had I not watched those. Customer Service from the time I contacted them until the time it was delivered was exceptional. Addie, Jelane, Dustin, Terry, Marx, and Annie were the people that helped with my purchase and all were very knowledgeable and nice. If you are on the fence about purchasing a motorized scooter, look no further than this company. You won't be disappointed.

Traveling to Ireland with my 86 years old mother, who has difficulties walking, became a totally different experience, thanks to the great service and the fantastic product of Mobility Direct.
We booked a scooter, and were given all the needed information in advance, in the friendliest and clearest way. We felt assured, that should any problem occur during the journey (and never did) we will be given any assistance needed.
Delivery to our hotel was prompt, and the explanation clear and patient. My mother worries were instantly dissolved. She used the scooter easily and even had fun with it.
As promised, the scooter is easy to operate, and can be easily dismantled and loaded to a car boot. Traveling with it was the best way for us to explore the countryside of Ireland.
We highly recommend "Mobility Direct". Their friendly and professional service is worth every cent.

More than exceeded expectations.
I recently got back from Universal Studios and my experience with my Revo 2.0 was great! I drove the scooter all around the motel before going to the park. I had to have put about two miles on it just around the motel grounds. After that I took the bus to the park. Once inside the park I rode around all day and night, putting I don’t know how many miles on it. After I got back to the motel I put it on the charger. To my surprise only one in ten lights on the gauge wasn’t lit. The scooter handled very well, the seat was extremely comfortable, and it handled the inclines very well.
I consider myself to be a very frugal shopper and did tons of research on this purchase. I shopped all over the country. I found a better deal elsewhere. To be fair to Mobility direct I won’t say where I found this deal. I told them this, they checked the other companion the internet and they threw in some freebies. I received the scooter in about a week. If I need to replace it in the future I will ertainly purchase it from Mobility Direct.

Very happy with the product supplied and service. All very helpful, would recommend and use again if needed.

Mobility Direct definitely made my vacation possible, we had a friend who used a walker and it would have been impossible for him to keep up! We went on 4 flights and drove through 3 countries, every leg of the journey had its own obstacles, but Martin was there to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond helping find stores in Paris and Zurich that sold similar products as we lost our charger on day 1 🤯! From sending exact specifications for the battery and scooter as every airline and then again every airport is different and wants to know different things, to the quick and easy breakdown video, just a top notch experience start to finish! Oh, and keep in mind you DO NOT need any kind of special vehicle for these things, that almost cost me thousands thinking I needed a ramp or accessible van, these scooters break down in less than a minute once you're used to it and then you just pile them in the boot 😃! Don't let mobility keep you from checking boxes on your bucket list, we went from Dublin to London, Paris, and Zurich by plane, then rented a car and drove through Liechtenstein and Austria into Italy where we visited dozens of cities and towns over 9 days, then back to Ireland for a trip to Galway/cliffs of Moher! If we can do it, so can you, and the guys here at Mobility Direct can help yah do it, give em a call!

What an excellent service, ordered night before delivered next morning. Lovely gentleman who delivered and set up the bed . Great correspondence throughout service. And timed collection when finished.

We found Mobility Direct absolutely excellent to deal with. After a double hernia operation, getting in and out of bed would have been impossible and painful. The profiling bed was a saving grace. We would have been in bother without it.

I recently ordered an orthopaedic chair for my mother who had a hip replacement.
I placed my order online at 10pm on a Thursday night and the chair was delivered 16hrs later. The response times to my order via email were exceptional.
Friday was an unexpected snowy morning with a lot of roads blocked. However Martin and his team braved the traffic and delivered the chair at 2pm.
The driver was very friendly. He brought the chair into the house, positioned it and explained in detail how to use it.
The service I received was 10 out 10.
I would highly recommend Mobility Direct to anyone.

Apart from a really excellent knee scooter, reliably delivered, Martin showed great consideration when I needed it for longer than originally booked. We rented a mobility scooter for 1 week during our vacation in Ireland (our group was visiting from the USA). Mobility Direct was very prompt in delivery/collection of the scooter at our hotel. The actual scooter was great and the battery lasted so long, not once was it an issue. It was easily foldable and fit on all our travel buses for excursions…

Game Changer.
Using crutches can be very difficult and hard to get used to. They are quite restrictive too.
The knee walker is a game changer. Gave me more mobility in my home and allowed me to make snacks or tea while injured.
Mobility Direct's website was so easy to navigate and use. Delivery was quick too, with demonstration for use given on delivery.
Thoroughly recommend.

Mobility direct delivered knee rover a day early (ordered on Sunday, delivered first thing Monday morning). I was out when delivery driver dropped off scooter and he brought it up to apartment door for me. They went above and beyond, and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended their service.

The correspondence with Martin in Mobility direct was so seamless and he made a difficult time for us much easier by facilitating drop off and collection of the mobility scooter to times and places that suited us. When I needed to extend the time I had the scooter, I simply emailed Martin and he responded almost immediately, assuring me this was no problem. I had to extend having it more than once! Every time he made it so easy.
Having the scooter made getting around possible as I could not use crutches. I flew around everywhere on it and managed to keep life pretty normal even without being on 2 feet!
I honestly could not recommend Martin and Mobility Direct more highly.

I bought a Solax folding scooter with some purposes for use. We were going to a convention in January and I can walk some but wanted backup if needed. I wanted to take the monorail as a part of transportation. I ordered at the first of December and Mobility Direct wanted to make sure I got it during high shipping times, and sent it over night. I was very pleased with their quick response. In order to work out all the kinks, I started using it right away. My husband is handicapped and was willing to help by using it when going anywhere prior to our trip. This meant getting it in and out of the car, using in Dr. offices, restaurants, shopping, and on trails. By the time of the convention, I was confident I could handle the scooter and it run smoothly. I found it a little heavy to lift very high by myself but I have a van with side door slides and that worked well. If I were to use to all day through the exhibits, I need a second battery or have to stop and charge it. I did not need this as I can walk the exhibits. I left it with the floor attendant and came back for it later. It worked well on the Monorail both folded and unfolded. When using it as a piece of luggage, it is balanced in my hand and takes very little effort to roll it. I could have sold it over and over. I did many demos and answered them a lot of questions. I have a Ford C-max hybrid hatchback, and with one seat laid down I can get both my husband's larger scooter (that does not fold,weighing 300 lbs) and the Solax in the car. Often we also add a knee scooter. I am very glad I bought this scooter and it has met and exceeded my needs. I have yet to fly with it but can tell it will work well there too.
