Easy. Delivered when promised

Item exactly as described, well packaged and arrived swiftly.

Very good price, fast delivery

Haven't used this product yet - still a little too early - but customer service around my order was first class.

Good quality and prompt delivery

Be very wary about buying from this website. Daniel was very helpful prior to purchasing, However, when I received my order Daniel was completely unprofessional and unhelpful even though the photos I provided showed clear evidence of poor quality he responded with “I don’t see what the problem is”, He even ignored my three emails requesting the returns postage label. I ordered two sets of acacia wood coasters as a Christmas gift but what I received looked as though someone had made them in their garden shed; not sanded evenly around the edges, some were dented and all were not sealed on the sides, they almost looked used. This then left me days away from Christmas without a gift and needing to find something elsewhere.
If the Daniel I was communicating with via email is the same Daniel listed as the director at Companies house for this business I would like to urge him to consider his obligations under the Trades Descriptions Act 1968. It is illegal to mislead consumers. Additionally I did not receive a prepaid returns label for the faulty goods, as offered on the website (I had to pay for it myself) and I did not receive the refund within 24 hours. I chased for the refund as I could see it had been delivered and eventually received a refund for the coasters 4 days later with no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever. Unacceptable and disappointing all round.

Exactly what I was after
Lovely thankyou

Found that the tea light have no rose smell while burning so will not be buying any more

Good communication regarding status of order and delivery was speedy.

Arrived quickly and well wrapped. Just what we wanted.

Only negative for me was the colour (sage green) was much darker than in picture.
Easy to use

Although a relatively small and cheap item i was very impressed with the service and will certainly deal with this company again.

Very good product and quick delivery. Pleased Robin.

As Advertised and arrived quickly thankyou

Excellent communication, fast despatch, great value for money.

Great value, good quality and speedy delivery. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered my kitchen roll holder and cup holder.l was very pleased with the colour and delivery.

It looks like it’s killing off the dandelions I managed to treat. But I missed a few because getting the solution out of the squeezy bottle was difficult for me being an octogenarian. However I’ll use an another weed killer spray on the rest and suffer the loss of grass until I can reseed.
