Poor service and communication
I ordered 3 personalised balls, had to chase after 3 weeks to be told they had sold out of balls and would only be sending two, less than ideal days before Christmas when I thought placing the order a month before was a fair timeframe. If I hadn’t chased, none of my purchase would have been dispatched and instead of 1 present missing I would have been 3. Very poor and disappointing service. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the part of the order I did receive was great, just what I had hoped for. But terrible service.
