Fabulous Job Well done!
We received 5 quotes in total before deciding on mistermarble & we are delighted we did! From dealing with Kerry in the office to the guys fitting the worktop - we couldn't praise them enough! Soooooo pleased
After receiving 3 different quotes for quartz worktops we decided to visit the Mistermarble showroom in Bury to discuss our installation before commuting to buy. Kerry looked after us and after some discussion we decided to choose the white sparkle one as we have a small kitchen and wanted to keep everything light. We booked a date and the fitters came and installed on time and even cleaned up after themselves . The job looks fantastic and we are so happy with the underslung sink with drainage grooves (can't stop looking at it looks soooo good). With a bit of luck my husband may agree to pay for some in the bathroom.

disappointing
Mistermarble cut a hole for a standard tap in my worktops when I needed a double one. I was told I should have informed them and it was my fault. Then owner then told me I had a conversation with the fitter and instructed him where to put the hole for the tap and that I only wanted one. Unbelievable. I won't trust them.

Thank you for your review , we take all our customer comments very seriously. On the day of Miss Barnards installation we spent 20 minutes discussing the location of the hob cut out and tap cut out. Miss Barnard had to ring the Kitchen suppliers as they had not delivered the hob. After phone calls Miss Barnard was able to give us sizes for this. Our senior stonemason John Leach who has carried out over 3000 installations over the last 10 years is amongst the most experienced installers in the country, asked if the tap was a monobloc tap (single) , and asked if the tap cut-out was to be placed centrally at the back of the Belfast cut-out . The tap cut-out was agreed as central, behind the back of the Belfast sink. During the installation the joiner from another company who was instaling the kitchen was asked if he would like help in installing the tap but refused and said the tap was not on-site. We finished the job, all was inspected and looked beautiful. Approximately 4 days later, Miss Barnard rang out office to find out why we had only cut one hole, at this point we couldnt offer a satisfactory explanation.We interviewed the installer who informed us that we had carried out every possible check on the day to establish cut out type and location( bearing in mind no cut out can be done unless a check has been done).We concluded that despite us believing it wasnt our fault that we would help out by supplying a newly cut small back section (the size of a computer keyboard) with 2 new holes cut in for minimal cost (postage charge) . The offer still stands but im guessing a mono tap has already been installed instead of a bridge type tap. As a further enhancement of our process, we have implemented a N0-CUT policy on taps unless the customer has the tap on-site or hob to physically view, if taps or hobs are not present then the only way this policy will be bypassed will be through a sign off sheet showing that we have made full adequate checks that places the responsibility of location and sizing with the customer. We do sympathize with Miss Barnard which is why we offered to resolve the matter and take 90 percent of the cost onboard ourselves. Jason Cummins Owner Mistermarble.

Pleasant end to a stressful renovation!
Excellent service, girls in the office very helpful.
I was let down by another company at very short notice. I contacted Mistermarble who were able to install one day after I was originally meant have my work tops done, and it worked out less than the other company had quoted. Always a bonus!
The fitting team were very professional and advised throughout the process.
I am now just adding final touches to the kitchen I have always wanted.
Overall very happy.

use these people- dont waste time looking around !
looked around, got several quotes, there seemed to allways be some kind of problem with time, date, cant do this, cant do that, well we nearly ended up with wood ! then spoke to mistermarble, nothing was too much, got sample through post, got quote, they came and measured, and a week later fitted a beautiful marble worktop, the fitters could not do enough, they had to make sure it was perfect, brilliant just brilliant ! if you want to come and have a look we are in bucks, speak to them and they can organise

Outstanding
I had my worktops fitted last week and must say a big thank you to the team. From the estimate to installation they have been on hand to help.
Nothing too much for them. No deposit so even better.
Looks out of this world and has transformed my kitchen.
I already have a neighbour that wants it done.
I would highly recommend Mistermarble to anybody out there.

amazing service and understanding from bury branch
we had a hearth cut for our fireplace , we was advised to simply cut out a cardboard template and bring it to them , they then after two days produced a beautiful piece which really sets off our fire place , we are completely satisfied and will be using them again for other projects , would happily recommend to all family and friends , great job mister m

Does anyone have any suggestions on the good worktop fabricators so I can go direct and get a better price?
I am looking at getting some stone worktops for my new kitchen. I am getting the kitchen from Magnet and because they are acting as the middlemen I think this is greatly increasing the prices. Does anyone have any suggestions on the good worktop fabricators so I can go direct and get a better price?
