Terrible - avoid. I placed an order 8 weeks ago, still not arrived. There is no tracking and this company ignore my emails, there is no way to contact them except by emails, which they ignore.
They have taken by money, not supplied the goods, and then ignored me

I was lucky and recovered my money via PayPal!
Avoid!!
I used minoxidil world which is UK based was £4 cheaper than what I ordered and turned up two days later

Never shipped my order
I ordered in early June. I waited a full month before contacting them because of the 4-5 week shipping time due to covid, but I was worried because my order was still marked as “processing” as if it hadn’t even been shipped yet. They never answered my message. I got a full refund through PayPal today, but still no information as to whether my order will ever be fulfilled. The worst part in all this, other than the total lack of communication, is that I’m still getting near daily promotional emails guaranteeing express delivery.
Not sure what’s going on with the company, but it feels a lot like they’ve fully stopped business and didn’t tie up a single loose end.

Ordered on the 8th of June, was told that 4-5 a week delay was to be expected. After waiting for 5 weeks, I emailed to enquire about my order, I have yet to hear a response from them. I’ve ordered with them before and their delivery time was very quick so I’m assuming they’ve been hit hard by COVID-19. Is there a minoxidil shortage?
Unfortunately, I didn’t order through PayPal, so I don’t know how I will get a refund.

Should be given a Zero rating and taken…
Should be given a Zero rating and taken to court. My feedback is the same as the others. When placing the order, it mentioned that delivery is 4 - 7 days (which I knew was unrealistic) but after 6 weeks, there is no update. Have send 3 mails to their customer service but nobody has bothered to respond. Since I ordered via Paypal, have raised a complaint with them, hoping that I will get a refund back

I feel they are Scammers
I feel they are Scammers. I tried to process a order. I get a message stating Invalid Payment. I use Pay Pal on line only. Tried to contact them through their contact method numerous times . NO RESPONSE!! They are located in the U.K. with Plant in Florida, NO answer on the phone either just a message mail box is full. I went some where else. More expensive but free shipping.

Same reason as all the other 1 star reviews on here.
Made an order on the 12th of June, and have had 0 updates on what is happening with it. On their website it is still noted as "Processing".
They mention 5-6 week "Lead" times on orders, but to have it stuck at "Processing" for 4 weeks?
I emailed them twice about it, with no response, and then another time to cancel my order. Still no response.
Of course, they are still able to take your money, and send out Marketing emails. Even one to rub it in and say that my supply should have run out by now...
Simply put. Do not order from these guys. You will get screwed over.

Do not order from them!
Another long-time customer here with the same story as everyone else. I don't know what happened to this company during the pandemic, but they do not appear operational. Your orders will not be shipped and you will not get a response from them. I was fortunate enough to get a refund through PayPal and won't be dealing with them anymore in the future, you shouldn't either.

I have used this company for a long…
I have used this company for a long time and no issues, however i ordered on the 4th May with it being Covid i expected delays. However i was given a tracking number it states label created 5th May not yet in system. I have sent numerous emails just to see what the delay will be but not one response considering its near 2 months since i ordered i would have expected at least a mail to say we are working on it or offering a refund. I won't be ordering from this site again.

This company are fine: I'm a long time customer. There are a lot of very silly recent reviews here. There are delays in distribution (postage from the US) due to the pandemic. This company have no control over that. Have some sense.

Very reliable service and discreet shipping. Have been ordering for years.
Have been ordering Kirkland 5% Minox from these guys for years. I'm located in Canada, so make sure to order from their American site and not the UK one. Without fail, order always comes within 7 weeks or so, sometimes quicker. I order 12 bottles every 3 months or so. So much cheaper and better than all the other options available to us in Canada. Will be a customer for life.
