Booking the viewing was easy. Fin did a fantastic walk round of the property with me. Prior to the start he went over the particulars, he'd really done his homework which was brilliant. He's gone back to the vendor with a few questions from me.

I was helped by Sam or Samuel C in lettings and he was extremely helpful and kind. He was clear and concise when explaining each step of the lettings process, I would definitely recommend him and minors and Brady in general for any lettings inquiries or concerns.

Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable, and kindly squeezed an appointment in last minute.

We have had a surprisingly great experience buying through minors and Brady, just to say- people always say that it’s a difficult process. We really appreciated the viewings we got on short notice and how the team helped us answer questions about our property, sort a survey fast and communicate with the sellers. There have been a few things that have needed attention recently, and these have been adressed quickly, and I blieve that this has been because Holly has been great. We have just completed our first house purchase, and Maddie and Adam at Minors and Brady were extremely helpful with the whole experience. They chased solicitors daily, spoke to the seller and helped to bring the completion date forward (which was amazing as we are expecting our first child any day now), and were always quick to respond to our emails and calls. Selling my house was extremely easy with minor and Brady. I really cannot fault the service but what really made the difference to me was Claire in the after sales team. She was absolutely incredible. We kept in constant communication, but she did not pressurise me once, she kept my buyers up to date throughout the whole process.
