We saw a house listed with Minors and Brady, we found them to be excellent with the initial viewings, and once we eventually sold our house, we put an offer in which was accepted. Our main contact after the purchase was Jasmine from Minors, she was brilliant!, so helpful as we didn’t know the area, so she gave us lots of helpful advice and tips on certain things, she kept us well informed at all times on the sale/purchase process, nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was always really good. Very happy from the buyers perspective, from first viewing all the way throughout the aftersales process. Maddie and Adam were helpful and quick to answer any queries and push everything along with the solicitors.

Bought our house from one of the owners of Minors & Brady. We received pretty great communication up until the end and post purchase. This was disappointing as we had a great experience up until now and I was hoping to leave a 5 star review.

The house had tenants in it before we bought it and unfortunately they've left things in the loft and in the kitchen cupboards after we asked someone from the company to check to make sure the loft/house was empty. We were assured that it was empty, however, when we received the keys, there are various things such as a mattress, chairs and other rubbish left in the loft. At the mention of this, I have been emailing someone on the team (who has been fabulous up until this point) to get these items removed with no responses for over a week despite emailing multiple times to check to see if someone was coming to remove these things. Move in was also a pain as we were given the wrong keys and told as an apology we will be getting a bottle of wine - the right keys were delivered/exchanged but there was no bottle of wine alongside it (which is fine, it just seems strange to lie about this or offer a false promise of a gift). Moving is a really stressful process and this has just made it more stressful.

I'm unsure if this is a reflection on the company as a whole or just the Norwich office, but it's been a mixed experience.

We met Connor at the property he was very polite and professional he gave us all the information we needed and didn't rush us while we was looking around the property Connor was very helpful. We met Connor at the office the next day once again Connor was very helpful taking us through the process

Anya kept me updated throughout the whole buying process with both email and calls.

Having had an offer accepted we were then contacted by Sales Support. This was regular updates as to the ongoing situation, and also someone to talk things through with every step of the way until picking up the keys. All in all we recommend Minors & Brady.
