STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE

Booked a minibus for a group trip. The minibus didn’t arrive and upon calling the office I got several mixed messages stating the transport was enroute/delayed/stranded before finding out that they had never planned on sending one. We were left stranded and MTS ruined our trip. Trying to get some form of compensation or even money back has been completely pointless, and they have ignored all attempts at communication.

I strongly believe the 5 star reviews are fake. I would trust MTS as far as I could throw a minibus.

Save yourself the bother and DO NOT USE.

I booked this taxi company to take a group back from a festival to London. I prepaid £680 and sent the taxi company a lot of information prior to the reservation date so they would be able to pick us up easily.

Things started when the taxi operator called me and said they may have issues picking us up, but told us they wouldn't leave us stranded. The day came and the taxi driver was originally an hour late due to an accident on the M25. The ETA became later and later and we were standing in the rain for over an hour.

I called the cab driver and operator multiple times and each time the story changed, first the cab driver needed a break, then got diverted and then broke down and then got stuck in the mud. I asked the taxi driver to WhatsApp me his live location, but he would only send me pin of a location far away, so we aren't sure if he was ever there at all.

Finally the operator called and said the cab had broken down and he could send evidence of this. I haven't received anything to date. He also said he would process and refund and send me an email confirmation of that, again, I have heard nothing.

Truly this company is a scam, please don't make the mistake I did and use their services.

If I could give no stars to this company then I would.
We pre- booked a minibus using this company and paid £680 to pick a group of us returning from a festival.
The original time of collection was to be 09:30 and the driver assured us they would leave plenty of time to pre-empt the busyness of the roads in order to arrive at the allocated time.
Before it had even turned 08:30 the driver informed us he was an hour behind schedule due to an accident on the motorway and that it would be nearer to 09:30.
After walking for over 45 minutes to enable our driver to have an easier pick up point he then informed us he was now taking his 35 minute break and that he would be a further hour before he arrived to collect us. Following this we received multiple excuses including he had ‘broken down’ and ‘gotten stuck in mud’ ‘caught in the traffic’ and the time got later and later.
Finally at 13:00pm (3 and a half hours later) after the original time we were meant to be picked up he decided he could no longer pick us up and that we would have to find an alternative route.
We are yet awaiting our refund or even our refund confirmation email.
An absolute SCAM of a company. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY.

What a joke of a service after spending nearly 10 thousand pounds on a holiday book with these jokers and get the drivers details hours b4 we was due to travel the joker of a driver didn't answer his phone in the morning so I walked up the road he was asleep in front seat we finally got in the van and headed towards bham airport driver was all over the road vearing off into the other lanes and on journey back after holiday he was doing the same and texting on his phone I asked in a calm voice can he stop it but continued then 3 other people had to shout and swear a d remind him there was kids in car not sure where the company finds these drivers

I love using this service, I have been using them 3 times already for both, drop-off and airport pick-up. and never had an issue so far.
Maybe a little pricey, but reliable.
They will always be my first choice when travelling heavily loaded.

Good service fair price good clean people carriers with plenty of room for your luggage

Both drivers on our long journeys to and from Gatwick airport were on time (despite a 5.00am start) and very safe both on local roads and motorways. They were also very helpful with luggage for a party of 16 passengers.

After my last review I received a phone call. Denying the driver was tired and demanding proof of him closing his eyes and swerving. The man on the phone wanted me to remove my review and became very threatening. Wild behaviour from a company! I threatened him with legal action and then he stopped. What kind of company demand picture evidence!

Booking process was straightforward, easy to contact when we had changes to the booking. Very responsive and accommodating. Drivers were very nice and helpful with our group. Would definitely use again.

Our driver arrived in good time and was helpful and polite. Modern and comfortable vehicle with ample room for our party. Reasonable price with good quality service. Will consider using again if the need arises.

This is the second year running we have used this company and I am very happy to confirm that they provide an excellent service. Arriving early with smart, clean and new'ish executive vehicles with good communication on pick ups and return drop off locations. Will definitely use them again next year for our annual company trip to Ascot.
