I have used Mind My House several times to find pet sitters. I find the site is easy to use and I am very pleased with the quality of sitters that have come and cared for my cats. I will continue to use this site. It's free for finding pet sitters and the fee is nominal if you want to do pet sitting yourself. I haven't done any pet sitting for others yet.

Mind my house has made travelling and my 3 cats' life stress free and assured all is well at home.

We have welcome pet sitters from many nations over 6 years and we are still in touch with them. Some had brought children along and had a great time with the cats.
Do a review and an interview first with prospective sitters and then leave your pets and house without worries.

I appreciate the updates that come to my email so I can see the most recent requests. Communicating with everyone is easy through the site. I am a lifetime fan of MindMyHouse.

I found an amazing house/pet sitter on this site. I live in the Caribbean and was away for 6 weeks visiting friends and family in the UK, 30 Jun to 12 Aug 26. My dog and cat were very well looked after and my house was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

I have used MindMyHouse as a sitter for the last 4 years, and won't go anywhere else! The site is easy to use, with great tools to locate a housesitting assignment worldwide. Reasonable annual fee.

I absolutely LOVE and depend on MindMyHouse! Traveling can be stressful - knowing that I have a completely trustworthy and reliable housesitter is essential, and MindMyHouse delivers! The platform is easy to use, and I’ve had fantastic results with the kind and interesting sitters that are registered with the service! Highly recommended!!

I joined that website this year and found a home sitter. We chatted on Zoom a couple of times, over 3 hours so he knew everything about the situation. I made reservations for my vacation. Three weeks before coming (not 30 days like MindYourHouse pretends), he cancelled for no valid reason. I contacted over 40 home sitters but nobody was available on such a short notice. Result: vacation cancelled and deposit lost. I submitted a negative review on this person and guess what? MindMyHouse cancelled my account!!!! It looks like this site does not want negative reviews. Yes, I threatened legal action to make the sitter understand the consequences of his action but I knew I had no real basis to go ahead with it. I am the one who suffered from the sitter's action and I am the one whose account was cancelled while the sitter's account is still active!!!

I have been a host for house sitters for several years and have always used 'MindMyHouse' to find new people. The platform is fantastic, communication is easy and supportive, and we have always found great house sitters. Several of them have even come back to us several times. When other homeowners ask where I find my house sitters I always recommend MindMyHouse!

We don’t know how they offer such an incredible service for such an affordable fee! These guys are the warm hearted adventurers of the house sitting world and we are so grateful for what they offer! We’ve been with MMH now since 2022 and are soon off for a winter in Southern Spain, we do this pretty much full time and it’s joyful life - to support others to travel too. If you are up for a real adventure in an amazing place with people who really care about life, animals, nature, then this is the site! We tend to get our longer sits here too which we much prefer. The site is very affordable - for people who have “cut loose” and living in a less restricted way - this really matters. Totally recommend them.

I have been pet sitting with MindMyHouse for 4 years, and the agency is great. I have used a few others. There is a good choice of sits, and the pets (and owners) have been lovely.

He hecho solo un petsitting y todo ha ido muy bien porque di con una dueña de casa ideal. Si bien es cierto que siempre hay riesgos asociados a todo viaje, la plataforma está bien pensada y es eficiente A mi me ha funcionado todo perfectamente, los mensajes, los anuncios, las opiniones , las respuestas etc etc. He leido una opinión de alguien que se quejaba del sistema de referencias, alegando que si te daban una mala referencia, no la publicabas y en cambio solo aceptabas las buenas. Pero es muy facil deducir que si un cuidador ha hecho muchos petsittings y no tiene ninguna referencia, algo está fallando. Por otro lado hay algunas personas que pretenden usar la plataforma para promocionar su propio negocio de cuidado de mascotas y luego se quejan porque las expulsan de la plataforma . Literalmente decía que sólo los "indigentes" que no se podían pagar un hotel , se ofrecían para cuidar mascotas sin cobrar por sus servicios. Sin palabras.
Es cierto que parece haber una desproporción entre cuidadores y propietarios, y por algo para ellos es gratis
.I've only done one pet sitting, and everything went very well because I found the perfect homeowner. The platform is well-designed and efficient. Everything worked perfectly for me: the messages, the listings, the reviews, the responses, etc. I read a review from someone complaining about the reference system, claiming that if you received a bad review, it wasn't published, and only the good ones were accepted. But it's easy to see that if a pet sitter has done many pet sittings and doesn't have any reviews, something is wrong. On the other hand, there are some people who try to use the platform to promote their own pet sitting business and then complain when they get kicked off. The review literally said that only "homeless" people who couldn't afford a hotel offered to take care of pets for free. No comments.
It's true that there seems to be a disproportion between pet sitters and pet owners, and that's why it's free for them.

I’ve found great people to house sit for me on Mind My House. Always connected with them prior to them coming and had conversations to make sure we are both comfortable. It’s a great service and I know I will be using the service again!

I've been pet sitting for Mind My House for 4 years now and have completed about 20 sits all across the United States and Canada. The experience has been wonderful. Since I retired it has allowed me travel in the way I like to travel, which is to go somewhere and stay for a while rather than tour from site to site. I have done many repeat sits for lovely people, including four times at one place in Santa Monica and multiple sits in New York City. What a way to travel !

I have used MMH as a sitter for years and more recently as a host. I love it! The platform is easy to use, the support team are helpful. The review system is two-way, which is much fairer than other platforms. I love getting notifications which match my needs!

The site has clear, concise, easy to navigate, and useful prompts. Not over complicated, but covers all the bases. We have used it for 8 years now, and never let us down.

MindMyHouse has help us enjoy many sitting sessions with dogs and other furry friend in Europe (Spain, France, Italy) and even South Africa. It’s always a great surprise to find dogs who become friends instantly, as with their owners. We do this about twice a year. It keeps us away from the current tourist masses and go deeper in local communities.

I've been using Mindmyhouse since 2018 and have never been disappointed. I've even had return sitters.
My pets have always been happy and well settled and I get regular updates from the sitters.
I'm now retired in France but started using this site in Switzerland, where I previously lived.
As long as I have pets, I'll continue to use the site and even will if I ever become a house sitter.
