A truly lovely experience
I had a truly lovely experience with Minar Jewellers. Specifically Jaysal who was incredibly patient whilst we went back and forth on a special ring that we tried to create. The whole team are very friendly, knowledgable & helpful with great communication and customer service. When I need another piece of beautiful quality jewellery I will be back! Thank you ever so much to Jaysal and the team - it has been a very special experience!

Highly recommended
Delighted to have found these lovely people.
I took a wedding ring to them that had to be cut off in hospital, and they were just amazing. Their cost for the significant repair was half as much as their nearest jeweller; the work was done in half the time they suggested; and the result was perfect.
On top of all of that, they are just lovely people too. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Exceptional Service
I made a number of visits to Minar Jewellers during the year with the most recent one being in October.
In all my dealings with Mr P Pattni, I have always found Mr Pattni to be very knowledgeable, professional and transparent in his explanations: whether it is in respect of their valuation service which is very efficient and seamless or, in relation to, the gold price that I would receive for an item of jewellery with everything clearly documented.
I have also found that every effort will be made to accommodate your request. I wanted my bracelet, which I had previously purchased from their extensive range of elegant jewellery, adjusted. So, I was really pleased when Mr Pattni explained to me how it will be adjusted.
Also, in my interactions with various staff at Minar Jewellers, I have always found them to be polite, friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend Minar Jewellers.

Great service
Great service, my girlfriend was very happy with her gold necklace and gold 'C'. Would use again without hesitation, although to be fair she tells me where to get this kind of thing from; I'm a bloke so need to be told these things!

Daxesh was best in class. …
Daxesh’s customer service and knowledge was hugely appreciated. We are incredibly grateful for his patience with all of my questions and for the time he took to repeatedly explain certain matters. As ever, Minar came across as best in class and Daxesh certainly lives up to why that is the case. Thank you so much and we shall see you again soon!

Classy shop
Classy shop with a great reputation. Everything is well presented, the quality is there to see and the designs are a mixture of classic and traditional. The customer service from Shweta was faultless. She had a nice manner to her, has good knowledge of the products and worked within our budget. This place has build a reputation for decades and you can see why. I gave it 4 stars however purely because there is no consistency between the shop and the website in terms of pricing and also refunds. The refund system is confusing where you get a full cash refund if you not happy with the product if purchased online but only credit if you purchased the same product in the shop.

Dear Akram,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review and for your kind words about our shop, designs, and especially about the service Sweta provided, we’re delighted to hear she made your visit such a positive experience.
We completely understand your concern regarding the difference between our in-store and online refund policies. The reason for this distinction is that in-store customers are able to see and experience items first hand before making a purchase, while online customers rely on photos and descriptions alone. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback it highlights how important clarity and consistency are for our valued customers.
Please be assured that your comments will be taken into consideration as we review our policies for the future. Our aim is always to provide a fair, transparent, and enjoyable shopping experience, whether online or in person.
Thank you again for sharing your experience and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jaysal
