Quality at Every Stage
The deliveries were managed very well, including the exceptions. I appreciated the notifications that gave people a chance to adjust as needed. The pocket guides were packed well and exactly as specified. The quality of the finished product is excellent.

POOR quality lanyards
The service leading up to getting the product was great but the product itself (lanyards) were EXTREMELY poor quality. The logo looked very faded and on some lanyards, the logo was not centralised. Reached out to my sales executive about it and have not received a response yet.

"free shipping" difficult to take advantage of
Your "free shipping" routine has continually made it harder and harder to take advantage of it. I have been using Mimeo for more than a decade, and the date to order continually gets moved back away from delivery. The product (manuals) then gets delivered to the destination a week before it's needed, making it difficult for some places to hold it for my arrival. As I don't know how many manuals I need until about a week before the class I teach, I used to be able to order the full week+weekend before. Now, if I order on the last Friday before, delivery is two weeks away, yet it almost always comes a week early.
