Fantistic service and value…
Excellent customer service and good value. Fantastically useful advice from staff who have a wealth of experience they willingly share. Shopping with confidence that cannot be matched online. A great shop that met all our walking needs; boots, waterproofs and gloves.

Great personal service
Great service, good advice. Came in for some inner soles and came out with some other camping and walking stuff.
The guy who helped us was great, giving good advice. When I asked if the company did military discount (they do) he thanked me for my service which means a lot. Great shop packed with a wide range of outdoor stuff over 2 floors.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I asked for advice on cooking stoves etc and was shown my options and all my questions were answered. Staff always give their full attention and are very approachable.

Great store and great staff
We went to Millets in Whitehaven today looking for a tent and we ended up with two! Leanne was a great salesperson, very knowledgeable and very friendly, we'll definitely be back and tell everyone what a great shop this is.

Need more shops like this
The staff were very genuine peaple and more than happy to help me today as i am autistic and have problems when I come to buy walking boots. The staffs guidance and support made me happy with the boots that i chose a correct pair that suited mypersonal requirements and what I wanted .. it was so much easier buying from the store rather than buying
online as I was able to get what I
needed because the employees were more than happy to go through different
products and gave me positive feedback
on the performance and quality of what I
was buying was going to last ..thank you millets of whitehaven. And thank you the lad who served me for doing your job with pride and making it a pleasant shopping experience. 11/10 .

Absolutely the best customer service
Absolutely the best customer service, well done 👏 knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much bother , tried on so many sandals and found just the right thing. I hate buying shoes but Millets made it much easier and avoided the costly mistakes of buying online . Thank you 🙏

Great service from very helpful staff
Whitehaven shop is well stocked and always able to find what we want. The staff are very helpful and are knowledgeable about the products. Service is first class, it's the second time we have shopped there and will certainly be back again.
