The service was outstanding from start to finish. We had to return and change color which they made it so easy and fast. Madison was helpful and caring. Great service all in all.

Terrible customer service. Clearly the store does not care about losing customers. I ordered a graduation dress from the Dallas store because the one my daughter tried on in San Diego had a defective zipper. I paid for two day shipping and was assured that it would arrive no later than Wednesday for a Friday am graduation. The dress arrived after 5 days instead of 2 -- less than 24 hours before graduation -- and also with a defective zipper that had to be replaced last minute. After spending almost as much on the last minute zipper repair as I did on the dress, I requested a refund of the $46 I paid for expedited shipping and was told by the manager that my daughter should have just returned the dress with the defective zipper even though by the time we got it, it was the afternoon before graduation, she had to be at school all afternoon for rehearsal and she literally would have had nothing to wear.

The employees were so helpful and so welcoming! They were able to find a way to make the dress work for me and altered to my desire!

My experience was great, the girls were really kind and friendly ☺️

Sizes run smaller. Disappointed how do I return

This was the quickest and easiest experience buying a dress I’ve ever had. One of the first four dresses they picked out for me to try was the one I ended up getting, and I was only there for probably about 30 minutes tops.

It was exactly as pictured and cheaper than anywhere else. Shipping was extremely fast as well.

I went in a Saturday with my daughter to get her Prom dress and a very nice lady helped us but at the end when we buy the dress, they said they were too busy and they did not measure my daughter and told us to come back the next saturday which we did and that Saturday a lady told us that the dress will be ready by Wednesday for that following week , my husband went to pick it up with my daughter and make sure it will fit and they told them "the dress is not ready yet . I called and complained why i was told that the dress will be ready when is not . The service is bad since they have so many different employes every time. I do not recommend this place at all!!! Horrible service never again!

I had great service and I love my dress but I was told the dress I picked came in an xxs which is what was ordered but a month after ordering was told it was an xs and now I have to pay for extra alterations. Also, I would never have been told of this change if I had not emailed about when the dress would be shipped.

Associates in the shop were awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Made finding a Prom dress fun for my daughter.
The dress she selected is gorgeous.
Prom is Saturday and she cannot wait.
Had to order her sizes, worth the wait.

it’s been a few weeks since I ordered and my dress just never arrived. They told me that UPS picked it up and to call them but when we called them they said they never received a package from mia bella. The order status has been label created for a long time now. Then mia bella stopped answering my calls.

Terrible experience start to finish

We were honestly leary, ordering online and with such a fitted item, but the dress is beyond our expectations. The photo didn't do it justice! It was exactly as we had hoped and fits like a glove! Any correspondence we had was prompt, friendly, helpful, and the shipping was super fast! We will have to have the dress hemmed, but that was to be expected, as my daughter is barely 5' tall. Thank you, Bella Couture, for giving us an amazing, affordable alternative to the expensive boutiques near us. My daughter will be the "Belle" of her prom!

The help and styling was the best , so helpful. This is the only place I will shop from again.
