I tried this on the fly as I've been doing intermittent fasting for over a year with only nominal and slow fat burn. After the first month (May 22) on this stuff I lost 25 lbs. Subsequent months were a bit slower weight loss but as of the date of this review I lost 80 lbs, and 6 inches off my waist. The problem is getting more as they seem to have a kaput website.
