Mesh was recommended to me by my brother who has used them for years. The whole process from my initial enquiry phone call to receiving a bespoke computer was really quick. The machine is brilliant, was quick to set up and is very quick and responsive. They even installed Office for me.

another great buy
second laptop purchased from Mesh this one for my grand daughter. contacted sales with requirements amd they sent through some options. went for best soec for my budget. received the next day. have set it up ready for her. the whole transaction was easy and simple cant ask for anything more than that so hats off to Mesh for maintaining this quality of service two years on from my first purchase.

Good product, very happy with machine. Expensive for the spec provided. Went on sale the week after I bought it. Next day delivery arrived 3 days later. I know this is on the courier, but then don't advertise as next day delivery...

My Mesh Computer has performed reliably…
My Mesh Computer has performed reliably and quietly since November 2018. I returned it to Mesh in October this year for an upgrade to Windows 11. The phone contact experience was pretty poor, with sales, customer support or technical support, that is, if I could get through. The unit was returned after 10 days, not 6, the plastic casing under the 'tower was cracked(OK when it left me), and all in all the 'support' process was far from user friendly. I had to chase all the time to get results.

I received the laptop promptly after ordering. The machine is fine and works well under Linux. However I received unsolicited marketing mails from Mesh computers, therefore I give only 4 stars.
