The training materials provided were comprehensive, practical, and very helpful in enhancing my understanding of the subject. Special thanks and appreciation to Irfan Ali for his outstanding guidance, in-depth knowledge, and supportive teaching approach throughout the training sessions. His way of explaining concepts made the learning process very effective and engaging.

The way of teaching and explanations by Ibrar Ahmed well appreciated. The coordination and communication by the merit phase team required a little improvement. Overall experience is good. appreciated

The trainer was good and presented the training very well however, the management of this training institute is highly unprofessional and lacks basic professionalism. Communication was mishandled, commitments were ignored and issues were poorly addressed. Jean Smith’s behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, seriously damaging the credibility of the institute. This experience was far below acceptable professional standards.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Meritphase,
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Before payment, the communication was smooth and professional, but everything changed once the registration fees were collected. The agent’s attitude became careless and disrespectful, with delayed responses and unprofessional language.

What’s worse is the complete lack of commitment to the promised training dates. The schedule kept changing repeatedly without clear communication or valid justification, leaving me uncertain and frustrated. It’s clear the company is more focused on collecting fees than delivering what was promised.

This behavior reflects poor management and zero respect for clients’ time or trust. I would strongly advise others to avoid paying in advance until this company proves it can deliver on its commitments professionally and transparently.

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Meritphase

I had a very bad experience with Meritphase. I paid the full amount for their Lean Six Sigma course, and just three days before the scheduled training, they suddenly postponed it. They kept delaying it for over four months, and when I asked for a refund, they refused.

Instead, after 4 months they tried to push me to take another course that I never wanted. They also didn’t provide the recorded sessions they had originally promised at the time of enrollment.

The overall experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering their courses to be very cautious before making any payment.

They don't have any back accreditation. Very poor service. be careful with payment .

I am pleased to say that Mr. Ibrar Ahmed explained the CQM course well. The team effort is quite satisfactory. However, the course coordinator can improve strong communication to involve all the participants on time.
