Just another fake elixir!!! Scam Scam Scam! No Replies! Charge my card every month $30 plus. Had to have my Credit card Company reverse the charges which took 2-months!

Terrible…Prior to purchasing call the phone numbers to see if you can get anyone on the phone. People don’t exist. Been trying to return product, 4 days and several emails & calls (just a recording -then disconnects) with no response. This guy Vance claims on one of his pitches that their CSR are hands on and present to resolve issues in an efficient timeframe~ LOL! On the bottle it says “ for research only” never seen that before. Lastly, the COA for purity is dated 2024 and blurred which is a huge red flag. I’m just going to chalk this up as officially scammed.

If I could no stars I would. I ordered took weeks to get here. Once received before taking took to my doctor appointment to verify ok for me to take with other medications I am on. My doctor advised not to take, so after thinking about it I decided not to. Reached out to get refund and send back. Received email from riley@merakimedicinal asking for order # which was 314596 and my zip. I replied and that was over month and half ago. I’ve sent 3 other emails asking what I need to do to return and get refund and still nothing. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I ADVISE ANYONE JUST NOT TO WORK WITH A BUSINESS THAT IS LIKE THIS. Extremely poor customer service

Don’t follow their refund policy and make it extremely difficult to cancel. Add extra buttons to skip months. Just let me cancel. Scammy tactics and lies.

They need to be looked into for fraud!!! Taking money from peoples bank accounts for toilet water!!! Not canceling! So I need to cancel my bank account to avoid future withdrawals! Awful!!!

Ordered one bottle to try and I been trying to cancel ever since! I’d rate 0 stars if I could! After several emails with an A.I. rep I have had zero success in cancelling my order and yet they’re able to find my info to text me, withdraw money, and ship another order I don’t want. I am contacting the attorney general in my state and I’ll have to close my bank account and reopen a new one to prevent a 4th bottle! This is absurd! DO NOT ORDER unless you plan on paying $35 a month for life!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in the UK and saw this company through X, and decided to give them a go seeing that the reviews on the website seemed good. First off, my order never made it through US customs and was returned. After some emailing back and forth, I was refunded my money back. Now where it gets interesting is like a week later I saw another amount on my bank statement showing I was charged again! After some investigation it seems they had automatically enlisted me on their monthly subscription service. Since then I have also not received this 2nd order and they have gone completely silent not responding to any of my emails. So now I am out of pocket £71 rather than the initial £55 first order promotion, and no one will get back to me.

My bottle arrived damage, I requested a refund. They canceled it and sent me a new bottle and they tried to charge me two separate times for it.

First I just received the product and there is no information on where it was sourced, produced or bottled.
Second I had an international charge for the product and again it leads you believe it is a U S company so why international payment.
Third there is a claim you can cancel within fourteen days and when I sent an email to cancel to a Gmail???? address the product was still delivered.
Fourth the package came by US mail from a private residence.
I have not used the product but I will not buy from them agsin

Autoship. Bait and switch (read ILLEGAL) practice that most online stores would never abuse but this company does.

I wish I looked them up before ordering. They are a shady money hungry company with terrible customer service. Just a couple weeks after getting my first order they are charging my card again. Within hours of the charge I'm trying to cancel the order but their inferior website doesn't give you the option. I emailed them but they take a week to get back to you, if they respond at all! Someone finally responds several days later after it's been shipped out. This is BS! I can return it (costs money) after paying shipping fees for a package I never wanted. They don't send out any reminder emails of an upcoming subscription (like reputable companies) and they don't give you the option to skip. If they did they wouldn't have all of these 1 star reviews!

Double billed initially in Dec then unauthorized billing in Jan. Product substandard. A 5 dollar fish tank cleaner

Do not buy from this business, very nefarious business practices. Tried on multiple occasions to cancel subscription they keep shipping and charging me. Cannot get a hold customer service. Do Not do business with this company!

I have been trying to cancel my order for months now. I reduced my orders from three bottles to two and they are still sending me three. You can't reach them by phone or email. I requested countless times for them to stop sending. TERRIBLE customer service....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company charged me 3x for a bottle of Blue Methylene despite the fact that I wrote to them six times now via their "Contact Us" form on their website. They immediately send me a form letter stating "We will get back to you in 24 hours." I have repeatedly asked them to stop the monthly subscription yet they do not reply in any fashion. Not an email, a text, or phone call. Also, their Customer Service phone number is not manned by anyone, you will just go around and around in endless circles with a bot. This has been a very frustrating experience for me!!!

Would be 0 stars if offered. I ordered 3 bottles. Received December 11th. aprox 2 weeks later they charge my card again and I only found out because of a notice from the cc fraud dept. Had to cancel the card, before the new card was even received they charged that card, only knew because the fraud dept called. Cancelled that card and the same thing happened a third time. Went to the bank and had them look into it. The branch couldn't figure out what was going on and ordered me a third card. Next day fraud dept calls and informed me that they charged my card and after looking into it in depth come to find out they set it up on an account and a monthly purchase instead of just a normal charge. During this I emailed Riley at support to cancel and refund my purchase. Never heard from them. Their phone number is useless as they defer everything to online. Conclusion , the fraud dept went in and cancelled the account by closing the token that they set up. This company is a scam , don't buy from them. This could have all been resolved if they had a legitimate support dept and a phone # where you can get issues resolved instead of waiting 24-48 hours or in this case not at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The posts office delivered my order they said. 5 days later it showed up.I have a parcel locker with a key. I contacted them and they sent me another order before the post office decided to deliver the first order.I can't believe the difference it has made.I am 72.It made a noticeable improvement from the 1st low dose.Clearer thinking and more energy.Will continue using

Poor customer service. Didn't know what prices their website offered. Tried charging me more than the website by offering a 10% off after I had an item in my shopping cart and left because the advertised price wasnt reflected in what they were charging at checkout. When I question this I was told sorry this is an SMS offer only. After reaching out several times and finally letting them know I would go elsewhere I was told that I could have the 50% discount and to follow a link which I did which took me right back to the same situation I've been in. The following morning I questioned whether they had figured it out and was told to follow the link and make my purchase and again not to my surprise I found the same incorrect pricing. I was again told to hold on while they investigated and 2 hours later after no response when I reached out I was told they were sorry but that offer was no longer available but they would keep sending me information about special offers they had. This is no way to run a business. You may feel you have the best methylene blue out there but I'm here to tell you there are other competitors that have the same ingredients and a better customer service experience. Buyer beware.

“Accidentally” doubled my order. Cannot get anyone to help me return the product. Shady company at best.

I am disappointed with my experience with Meraki Medicinal. After placing my subscription on pause, I was still sent a shipment and charged for it. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the responses I received were minimal, inadequate and delayed. This lack of attentiveness and customer care has left me with little confidence in their business practices. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Meraki Medicinal based on my experience.
