Q: Is it safe to place this on my desk next to my laptop or phone? A: It's best to keep the floating globe at least 10cm away from other electronic devices like computers, phones, or tablets. The powerful magnet in the base can interfere with them if they are too close. Q: How does it float? Is it hard to get it working? Finding the perfect balance point can take a little patience at first, but once you find it, the globe will float and spin on its own. Q: Would this be a good gift for a young child? A: While it's a fascinating item, it's designed as a decorative piece and is not a toy. It's best suited for older children and adults who can handle it with care and understand how it works. Q: What happens if the power goes out? Will the globe break? A: If the power is cut, the magnetic field will switch off and the globe will fall onto the base. The product is designed as a display piece and should be handled carefully, as a hard impact could cause damage. Q: Does the globe spin by itself? A: Yes, once the globe is levitating correctly in the magnetic field, it will begin to rotate gently on its own. Q: Do the lights in the base change colour? A: Yes, the base is illuminated by vibrant LEDs that display a mix of different colours, creating a stunning light show as the globe floats. Q: What comes in the box? A: The box includes the globe itself, the light-up base, and the mains power lead you'll need to make it float.
