Looking for new mattress and MFW had…
Looking for new mattress and MFW had the best prices. We were expecting delivery within a couple of days, but it took over a week, but then again it was the run up to Christmas. Mattress is great really firm and comfortable. Had 3 from MFW to date a local company so like to support them. Thank you.

Mattresses are great, delivery isn't!
Mattresses are great. But......
Despatch and delivery are now. Automated emails giving delivery dates are wrong. Their system gives a delivery date automatically which sends out a text with a delivery date that isn't correct. This meant a call to customer services at both the company and delivery service to get the issue sorted, and meant 2 nights of sleeping on the floor until they were delivered over and above the informed delivery date

Would highly recommend and would use this company again
We wanted a memory foam topper for our king size bed. Our daughter had previously purchased one from Memory Foam Warehouse and recommended them to us. There is good product choice & information online at reasonable prices. Our delivery was free and arrived within a few days, we were also kept updated on our delivery date and approximate time slot. Very happy with our product and service.

Bad communication, Slow delivery, Okay Mattress
There was no communication for 3 weeks after my order, and nothing arrived in the promised 14 working days. After contacting the delivery company, I was informed that they had not received anything from MFW. Had to contact them myself to be informed that they did not have any covers for the mattress I ordered, and only then was I offered an alternative cover so my mattress could be delivered, but no reason for the lack of contact or why this was not offered weeks ago when they knew it was not available.
The mattress that eventually arrived is of the expected quality for the price, and was packaged well.

Easy process
Easy process , and T&Cs clear in event you're not happy. It took a while to get used to the firmness but it's a very good quality mattress. Hopefully the memory element will last a long time

Comfortable mattress , great customer service
Great mattress, competitive price, extremely comfortable. Customer service excellent. Unfortunately damaged slightly in transit which tore the cover. Replacement cover sent immediately and Karen was very prompt to respond and resolve the problem.

Very Poor Sales Service
I ordered a bed frame and called Memory Foam Mattress to check it was in stock and they could source the product as it was out of stock everywhere else. After holding for 10 mins while they "contacted the supplier" I was told it was and it would be delivered in 3-5 working days if I placed an order. No word at all from them for 5 working days so I contacted them only to be told the bed frame is out of stock and I can have a refund. Evie who dealt with the refund was very good but very frustrating that they are happy to take my money and deal with the fall out after.

Extremely comfortable
Was kept updated on date and time of delivery by email. Packaged very well. It took about a week to get used to this new mattress but finding it very comfortable now. Definitely recommend and very good value.

The Komfi mattress I purchased is brilliant. Definite 5*. The delivery and communication experience was dreadful and unreliable. Based on the delivery information I was given both by MFW and DX freight I had NO mattress for a week - hence 3* rating.
