AWFUL experience. Placed order, approved mockup. Heard nothing for 10 weeks. Spoke to the lady there - said she’s waiting on cemetery. Called a month later - “oh there is a slight up charge… we haven’t started making the monument.” Still waiting for a refund. Furious

Great Company to take care of your needs. They were friendly, fast, and order was accurate.

WE lost my younger sister last year. It was very unexpected, but the cost to bury her was also unexpected. Looking to save money we came across Memorials.com. Lisa helped my Mom through this difficult time. She had tremendous amount of patience with my mom despite a small language barrier. She was very compassionate with how difficult this process was for my mom and even more when the funeral home was being difficult about the details she wanted. We will definatly be life long customers

Memorials.com has the best prices on personal remembrance keepsakes. Before I knew about them I paid much more on an Etsy site for the same item.

I purchased a grave marker for my cat from Memorials.com and was extremely happy with the end result! This was the first time I was burying a pet, so I didn't know what to expect. Making decisions on the colors, size, and lettering was challenging, but Memorials.com's expert staff members patiently answered all my questions and helped me make the right decisions to best honor my cat Pandora. The grave marker is a beautiful tribute to her beautiful life and all the happiness she brought me. Thank you so much, Memorials.com!

I have purchased pet urns (wood) for four of my children's canine family members. In each case, the quality of the product has been outstanding, the product arrived in a timely fashion, and we have all been very pleased. Thank you very much.

Memorials.com has to become your go-to vendor for memorial items to affix to urns, mausoleums, grave markers, tombstones, etc. In our particular case, we looked high and low for a suitable FBI emblem memorial for a dear friend (and in the future his wife) that served the FBI for three decades. Other vendors were of lower quality, higher in price and would take longer to create the emblem. Memorials.com FBI emblem was high quality (to include color enamel on the official seal), reasonable and delivered to our local mausoleum promptly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vendor for your memorial items.

I have bought two urns from Memorials.com and have been extremely pleased with both purchases.
Back in 2016 my mother wanted to do some pre-need planning. We helped her find a lovely cloisonné urn with blue flowers at Memorials.com that suited her perfectly. It was delivered promptly for a fair price.
After my husband's terminal cancer diagnosis late last year, we found a very unusual urn with a redrock desert scene. Since we both love the southwest desert, it was perfect urn for him. I purchased it and arranged with Debbie to hold it until he passed in April. I contacted Memorials.com with the engraving information and they had it to me in next to no time.
Bravo!

I am a social worker providing a host of services, including memorial item support to suicide loss survivors for the entire State of Kansas. We had previously utilized Memorials.com for Urns. I recently had a disappointing interaction. We ordered a bench just under $400. Payment was made, and we received an out of stock email stating they could not say when or if it would be back in stock. Stuff happens, and we responded with another option at a lower price-point. The counter email was again that this item is out of stock, to which I asked- What is in stock then. I was met with three options that ranged in $100-400 more than the original purchase price. This seems like bait and switch, or bad site and inventory management. The people purchasing these items do not need one more stressor or headache to deal with. These are simple expectations- be honest, have integrity, and earn the business.

Easy access to someone who knows the products well and is easily understood! The product was beautifully finished. The engraving process was fast and easy. The delivery arrived before I had to think about it. What more could one ask?

THIS IS A 10 STARS !!!
I am very impressed about the quality of the Companion double urn (a real piece of ART!) and the entire experience I had with Memorials.
They went above and beyond what I could expect from a company. And they treated me as a valued customer from the minute a called for a question.
I live in Canada and I received my box within a week. Carefully packed, quick service, value for your money and a great after care follow up service.
I RECOMMEND MEMORIALS !!!

I found a unique, wooden urn chest to store my father's ashes on Memorials.com. The urn is made of high-quality wood and included a free personalized engraving plate to add to it. The customer service team at Memorials.com were wonderful. I called them with questions, which they were more than happy to answer. Best of all, their product pricing was outstanding compared to other sites. Great experience all around.

Absolutely beautiful box with little Dachshund on top. Now my boy can be with me always. Thank you.

Ordered two TSA-approved “Kate Spade Inspired” rectangular urns from this site - $140 each. First, they sent me a heart-shaped paper box from their “sister” site - Next Get Memorials. Contacted them, and they offered to replace the order. Took weeks. Finally arrived today, and found they are cheap plastic boxes in a synthetic cloth cover. Because I found out about the other site, found the same product offered for $89. High price for such a simple product made from cheap materials. Not recommended.

With pleasure and gratitude, we would like to dedicate "A Heartfelt THANK YOU!" to Memorials.com for our purchase of a custom designed bevel bronze-on-granite memorial marker for our beloved mother:

The installation and placement of our mother’s memorial marker was completed on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

When our family checked in with the cemetery at the scheduled time to attend the installation & placement process, the first words the customer service representative said to us were: "It is so beautiful. You have to see it to know what I mean." Her complimentary remark really brightened up our day.

When we arrived at the pastoral site where our beloved mother rests in eternal peace, we saw the custom designed bevel bronze-on-granite memorial marker for the first time... IT IS, indeed, absolutely BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT and EXQUISITE! The sight of the memorial sitting quietly on the lavish green lawn, with its incredible natural beauty – the bronze emblems & engraving and the sunset red granite all shimmering ever so subtly through the warm September sun, this is as tranquil as it is stunning.

We are fascinated and extremely satisfied with the exceptional craftsmanship and the amazing natural beauty of this uniquely designed bevel bronze-on- granite memorial. The rich beauty and quality of bronze is top-notch. The placement of emblems and engraving is impeccable. The timeless and stunning colors of Sunset Red granite are magnificent. The color portrait is vibrant and lively. The memorial design is ultimately unique and one-of-a-kind. All in all, this bevel bronze-on-granite memorial resembled our approved custom design and layout in every aspect and specification, AND, the finished memorial is so much more beautiful, elegant and exquisite in real life.

This incredibly beautiful bevel bronze-on-granite memorial is a perfect complement to the eternal resting place and will make an elegant and forever tribute to commemorate and honor the legacy of our beloved mother’s well-lived life.

On behalf of our entire family, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for all your assistance, expertise, professionalism, patience and responsiveness during the very difficult time when our family needed the most support and guidance. You, Rebecca, and your colleagues at Memorials.com are wonderful to work with, always friendly, kind, caring, cheerful, accommodating and good communication throughout the process.

In addition, we wish to extend our sincere appreciation and thankfulness to your provider - sales representatives, design team, bronze & granite memorial experts, and members of the foundry at Coldspring. We are truly grateful that the people at Coldspring did an exemplary job in working patiently and compassionately with us through this tough journey. Together, they transformed our novice custom design and layout, enduring and meeting our specifications requests in every revisions, and ultimately created the most beautiful, stunning, one-of-a-kind and exquisite bevel bronze-on-granite memorial. This unique piece of artwork in exceptional craftsmanship is beyond our expectation and it is well worth the wait.
