Primary Care hospital & PCP
The Primary Care Physician that Brandon set me up with, does not practice medicine any longer. Ohio State University Hospitals doesn't accept the United Healthcare Medicare. So I will need to keep my current Health insurance through Molina as well.

Agent understood what I was looking for in a plan. Came up with something that was to my liking. After enrolling, everything was completed, all was set.

I have a chronic illness
I have a chronic illness, bed ridden and left me with out medical coverage on assumption. Thought I spend hrs on the phone in March with willingness to provide any documentation am left with no way to pay for life need medication, by canceling my plan. Which I got reinstated for the mo of may.
