We have been using the e-Reception book system for just over a year now, and its been a great addition for our receptions. It has moved us all online, no longer needing to archive paper visitor books!
The support received from our account manager Jodie has been exceptional. We look forward to the years ahead using MBD :)

Quick, efficient and easy to use. Helps keep a log of who is in the building and can be used for emergency purposes i.e. evacuation.

In the handful of times I've had to make contact, no matter what the issue, it's always been well received and the issue has been resolved quickly and efficiently.

e-Reception is a brilliant signing in system. We implemented it quite recently at our office (school based) and found it to be a very useful asset to have.

It is is quick and easy for staff and visitors to sign in and out of the offices. The contactless signing option via the app for staff or by scanning a QR code for visitors is an invaluable feature especially during these difficult times of Covid-19.

The staff at media base are friendly, knowlageable and quick to respond to queries or requests for additional support. The back end of e-Reception is easy to access and clear to understand.

I would definately recommend e-Reception as a signing in solution for schools.

EReception book has given us an easier more effective way for staff and visitors to log in when visiting school. We are able to keep track of visitors on site and it comes in very hand when holding fire drills.

Excellent product and very good value for money. Very flexible to setup so for our small school we can personalise screens and implement just the features we need. And dashboard functions allow us to monitor DBS, visitors and staff sign-ins and attendance data for pupils which was impossible on paper based system.
