Superb meat, delivered on time. The whole family is enjoying the sausages and the spaghetti bolognaise made with the mince is the best we have tasted.

Meat good value ' it's the delivery DPD for this reason I won't use again ' I am 75 I live in apartments on the 8 floor easy access the delivery wasn't to my door the meat I purchased was in 2 boxes this meat was left on the ground floor which could have been stolen only for a neighbour who brought the meat up to my door shame because I like dealing with meat in the box.

A well deserved positive review, this is my third order with MiTB and this time I really felt like I should write something.
The quality of the rump steaks is excellent, and I was impressed by how efficiently they managed a small delay in the delivery of the meat from their supplier. They arranged for the products to be delivered by DPD as soon as they received those. The customer service (shout out to Steve) was very responsive and helpful with the process. I am 73 years old and have probably eaten turkey for Christmas dinner every single time of my life. Also we have had a lot of turkeys at Easter too. This Easter I fancied turkey but had difficulty sourcing one till I found MITB. There was some confusion on my part about the P & P charges, which weren't too obvious at the start. Anyway I ordered a small fresh frozen turkey. Got it on Maundy Thursday, put in fridge to slowly defrost and I cooked it in my usual manner on Easter Sunday. Alas this turkey was tough, I mean really tough, the breast meat had a lot of "gristle" and sinew in it and was just unpleasant to eat. The legs were probably the best part. Even the turkey dripping was disappointing, it just didn't taste right. So the Murder of Crows up on the common are going to have one heck of a dinner tomorrow, I've made the reluctant decision to throw it all. I hate wasting food but at least the crows will dine well. I have to say that the customer service that I encountered when I queried the P & P was terse to say the least. Not quite what I expected.

Ordered Lamb for Easter and it was delicious. Order arrived on time and well packed. Very good value too .
