A company that got involved in a case against me that was totally fabricated and untrue. If moorcroft are looking for positive reviews then speak to the victims of the multinationals first before threatening and getting heavy handed. AVOID where possible.

The lady I spoke to was very understanding to my personal situation.She gave me a few options to sort things out.was nice to talk to dept recovery ppl with out them being judgmental and patronising.

I spoke to a guy named Charlie he was very professional and polite and solved the issue I had within minutes and we settled for a payment plan that was affordable for me

The company are polite and professional. They do not put you under pressure and are happy to listen to any concerns

Worked there for under 3 months, worst experience ever. This is the first job I have been dismissed for “productivity, lateness, too many days off and they added later manners on the call”. This was never mentioned to me prior to the dismissal despite asking questions on what I could improve on. Not sure why they said if I wanted to appeal the decision had to write it on a letter and send it to them. I had also a health condition with a doctors note which I handed in 2 weeks before my dismissal, team leader never mentioned any wrong doing nor anything I could improve on other than giving an example on her tone on the phone call. No first warning nor final warning. Makes sense why they are always hiring. Concerning for a company that’s ment to be FCA regulated. I was also dismissed the week after having the best productivity time in the office. Office manager never said a word to me of any wrong doing until the dismissal. I had the best productivity times in the office the week before the dismissal too and team leader was even congratulating me. And the company keep flagging my reviews as defamatory so I have to keep re-editing it and can not post everything nor tell the full story. Would avoid this company. Everything mentioned has been my real personal experience and is therefore not defamatory if it’s the truth. Also been keeping records of everything just in case.

Moorcroft have dealt with my account with the utmost respect. I'm regularly reassured and made to feel in control. Thank you to all involved.

Everything is Fine so far, I enjoy making payments online. It is easier and quicker then calling up on the Phone. My Debt is going down slowly, Which is great.

As with all debt recovery you always think the worst, I expected to be told that the bill had increased, however I was pleased to find out that it had remained the same. Moorcroft’s customer relations agent was polite and cheerful and helped me through the process and I soon had the bill paid. She then advised me to contact my provider as the account was still open and would incur charges again. I had been to my provider on two occasions and was told it was closed, so it’s a trip for tonight.

I enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were very supportive, helpful, considerate and compassionate people.
They recognised my mental health and spoke with me about it so they could be more understanding and helpful.

Although MDR were OK I had no prior information before they contacted me.

No waiting to speak to someone. Spoke with a lovely lady who was very informative. Great first class service.

Nothing but harassment.
I have a £400 debt I plan to settle WHEN I can. Yet I get several letters one after another sometimes the same letter sent over and over constant threats. Currently dealing with severe mental health issues but of course Moorcroft don’t care and just want their money. I have filled out the form for an offer of repayment over 20 times and it keeps saying time out error please login again. Not bothering now. It’s not my fault your site has constant errors. I have tried my best despite my health problems. I have emailed to state my terms and what needs to be set up that’s all I’m doing. I can’t phone at the moment. I don’t know what else to do but YOUR company are affecting me more than I can handle. Enough now. 007356377364

The staff have been really friendly and a pleasure to deal with whenever I have had to call. Understanding and compassionate of circumstances as well

Absolutely appalling communication and harassment from this company. Despite several attempts to contact them regarding a FALSE outstanding balance on a credit card which has been fully paid off prior to them contacting, they keep sending letters. Proof has been provided that the debt has been paid off. There have been several personal attempts over several months to contact them regarding their incessant harassment too, yet they keep sending letters.
To top it all off, they keep sending letters to an old address that wasn’t even registered to the original debt.
I would not trust a disreputable company who lack the clarity and fundamental knowledge to conduct proper due diligence prior to attempting contact with individuals regarding false debt.
It is more than evident that they prey on all and any individuals who have had debts in the past in order to hopefully catch someone innocent enough to indulge their greed.

I know they a debt collectors. But one day you may actually want to clean yourself up.
I have hide and moved and ignored for years terrified of what could happen. I answered to them by mistake while I was waiting for someone else to call back.
I wish I could remember who it was with, very polite to be honesy, we had a brief chat and to my surprise he was more focused on not taking too much of me, and basically said that something is better than nothing, he doesnt want me to struggle.

I asked him to call me back, Im sure I told him like 6pm so I could get washed up and sit down.

Final payments done now. You guys can stop sending letter now ✌️
Big thank you for the patience and consideration of your team. Working with you lot made easier to speak with debt collectors. Although Moorcroft is probably one of the better ones, as far as debt collection goes 😅

Moorcroft pursued me for an EE debt that had already been paid in full.

I had to formally dispute the account to stop collection activity.

This caused unnecessary stress and time wasted dealing with a non-existent debt.

Debt collection should be based on verified information.
